I'm guessing from your post about the barista treating you like a retarded younger brother that you're in your late teens or early twenties. This is the age schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders develop, and that makes it incredibly important that you go to your GP as soon as possible and ask to be referred to a mental health specialist. The sooner this kind of thing is diagnosed, the easier it will be to treat. If I'm wrong about your age, maybe it's not so bad. The "sex positivity" message has some concerns worthy of criticism along with the ethics of the porn industry itself.
