The fact she finds it necessary to apply beauty filters to her newborn baby and Luna makes her videos so much creepier. It took me a second to figure out why Atlas looked so weird and creepy, then I realized it was just a filter. Great way to make an infant look soulless though.

I doubt she'll live long enough for this to become an issue, but what'll happen when Luna becomes old enough to attend preschool or kindergarten. Is Robyn in too deep to pretend Luna can actually comprehend even basic education that speds get? Will she stick her in one of those Montessori "schools" and pretend Luna is too gifted for public schools?

Montessori requires students be potty trained, so big no there. The main goals are teaching independence and self-reliance/self-guided education so Montessori is pretty bad choice for a severely disabled kid you want catered too and cared for.

Public schools, OTOH, have to legally accommodate almost any child. Hell there is one crazy mom in the tard baby thread who forces her potato that’s on a vent to be rolled into some classroom everyday to stare at the ceiling.

But Luna will not make it to school age anyway. As has been stated babies with this condition don’t make it to three years old.

Can't see her ever sending either kid to public school. Remember she knows more then doctors so she probably feels the same about teachers.

Actually Luna is disabled enough to probably not be allowed in public school. Least restrictive environment can easily be supported as being a special needs school even if the mother tries to scream discrimination.

In theory yes, however if you scream "religious reasons" then you automatically get a free pass. It shouldn't be allowed, but it works every time, which is why unvaccinated people that aren't chronically ill are on the rise.

For what it's worth Luna is almost certainly too damaged to be safely vaccinated, but so far there's no excuse for Atlas.

Posts about Kayli Whistler her are spread throughout the tard baby thread. Her mom has been less active since the covid drive by parades she tried to schedule for Kayli fizzled out. One of the better posts was her screaming about them not accompanying Kayli for swim time. But yes she ships this poor thing off to school dressed like an obscene doll everyday before covid.

California doesn't allow religious exemptions anymore - if you don't get vaccinated you don't get to enter a classroom.

Sadly, Nevada still does allow exemptions.

I'm no mathematician, so any pediatric/smarter-in-general Kiwis can feel free to correct me (and please do because I hope I'm overestimating :cryblood:)

I couldn't find an average head weight for a kid Luna's age, but the average adult human head weighs about 10-11 pounds, and while 2-year-olds are smaller of course, their heads have already grown a lot... let's say 6 or 7 pounds to start with.

I also recall during the video of that girl with hydrocephalus from India, the surgeons had drained just over a gallon of CSF. CSF is just about as dense as water from what I can find, so that would be over 8.35 pounds! Luna's head isn't as fucking massive as that other poor toddler, but getting close... let's say 5/8 as much fluid in her head, or 80 oz. which comes to about 5.2 lbs., maybe a liiiittle less due to the (apparently useless) shunt.
That brings her head weight back up to 11-12 pounds, which is the weight of a normal adult's head so it might seem "reasonable", but because she's never been able to lift her head or make any purposeful movement, her little neck can't possibly lift it up and likely never will. :(
