This guy.jpg

It's him

Crowder is the first guy I've seen with the balls to try and re-enact the knee on the neck:

I don't know how faithfully he recreates the scenario but there it is, I found it to be intriguing.
Redditors were sneething over it saying the weight wasn't distributed on his neck the same way Floyd had. But apparently a fucking Unity engine recreation is actual evidence admissible in court.

One of the problems with kvetching about the prone position is that nurses put covid patients in the prone position to help them breathe. This is something that Rachel Maddow fans have seen her sperge about a few times.

Heh, the exact damn second I posted this he addressed my thinking. And he said it only applies to people with pneumonia, which leads me to wonder what the edema would have done? I really want to see the cross examination.

Yea its usually when they're just patrolling and have nothing to actually do, they'll use their little e-system to look up license plates and if they get a hit then ooh boy 1 more for the monthly quota!
They have to actually look them up? Way behind the times, here in sunburnland, plates are auto-scanned, they don't need to do shit, it pops up an alert if something needs looking at.

It's so fucking obvious.
He's a Kiwi, every time he needs a break he's lurking here.
We need to identify anyone who only posts here during court breaks.
Y'all know that 3/4 of jury deliberation is going to consist of jurors kneeling on each other.

Also, this guy calculated lung volume based on sex? That's not PC. :o
If only we could have a hidden camera (no sound needed for privacy of course). Anyone who says they haven't at least thought about asking someone to kneel on their neck at some point over the last year is a liar.

Prosecutor just brought up COVID-19 victims and how the prone position can actually help them breathe? Cutting off the defense that Floyd would not have died from that position if he hadn't had COVID, so the position was generally safe.

He actually did an autopsy review. He never examined the body. He just looked at the findings of the actual medical examiner and then made up some bullshit that helped the prosecution while contradicting actual reality. And now he will come into court and testify to this bullshit, and the real issue is he's a very convincing witness even when he is talking complete shit.

Even when I originally showed up we had the Saul Goodman guy. He was an actual practicing lawyer (and his wife had huge tits).
