Yes, potentially biased jury will completely disregard one of the best experts on the topic investigating the case for hundreds of hours just because he said a thing that could kind of be interpreted as him saying that smoking is not that bad for you relative to the topic at hand. This is pure seethe at this point.

So what's your usual reddit subs you goto?

Who would be your second choice for expert?

None, but you can dislike me here if it makes you feel better. Don't worry, we'll all get over it.

None, they all sucked ass and did more bad for the prosecution until that guy came to the stand. but, again we'll see what will happen next, we might not even be half way through this.

I thought you meant he was one of the best experts in the entire field he was in. So it appears your only reason for thinking he is the best is because he spent several hundred hours reviewing it (did he?) and, despite him saying a few retarded and wrong things on the very topic he is supposed to be an expert on, you believe everything else was correct, despite him straight up refusing to answer most questions fully.

Nah. You just seem weirdly invested, not in the trial but showing those A&H chuds how wrong they are. Being a new account I figure you are either reddit (sad) or a alt account for a regular here (even sadder).

I'm guessing a lot of tranny and Bernie subs.

Well, I wasn't able to watch the cross examination due to life being in the way, but it sounds like the Doctor was a pain in the ass.

Inb4 cope mode, yeah, that kind of delivery is extremely effective with average Joes. It just works. There is a nurse on the jury however, and nurses loathe that kind of doctoral grandstanding.

If Chauvin gets convicted it will all have come on that Doctor. Anyone spouting off percentages and therefors and it's complicateds while explaining his calculations on lung volume is a weasel. And thats kinda what the prosecution really needed.

People want to pick at Nelson for this, but unfortunately it takes a doctor to call out another doctor for being shit. There was nothing he could have said without some kind of doctor backing him up, especially when claiming shit like "hoho, most people's lungs aren't damaged by smoking" and "well I didn't get to examine the body so"

hold on the fuck did I miss
