god damn coping niggers stop riding the smoking meme its not the GOTCHA you think it is and it doesnt discredit the guy in the slightest

the vast, overwhelming majority of smokers never have experienced and never will experience any kind of lung problems from smoking, that's just reality.
smoking will blow out your lungs IF you chain smoke through enormous quantities of cigarettes and keep up that habit for decades. otherwise it's mostly a non-issue and pretty fucking harmless overall.

Not actually an autopsy report issue, thats just the Phoenix Wright meme lol, but Nelson was using an older graphic or model in the presentation that was updated at some point and a newer version sent to him. He must have missed it and thought it was never sent. I think his aide found it just as he brought it up.

Nobody is talking about blowing out lungs. People are talking about what can contribute to breathing problems, which is why Covid was also brought up among other things. They are sidestepping the drug thing to show that this guys breathing was compromised since the prosecution appears to be spending nearly all their time talking about how breathing works, and making sure people understand that. If they are going to spend their time trying to be the authority on breathing - which the Defense shouldn't allow - this is the best way to attack it without throwing counter-statistics at them and getting into an academic debate.

Nigger no one cares. The public has been so heavily propagandized for ~40 years that smoking is epic dangerous and disgusting and should be uber hated that someone saying nah it really isnt that bad gets looked at sideways
