Somehow I don't think the comment was about the testimony - it was more a general observation how the jury likely has made up their mind anyway (= white cop bad, black man saint)... seems to be all a show about emotions and feelings - not facts and evidence.

True and it's still good advice to heed by, although I do get the feeling that part of why it caught on so much in 2020 even outside of /pol/ to the point of turning up in normiecon, lolbertarian, and "alt-lite" circles was because of the 2020 Election and not wanting to give the media a "Kent State moment" to use against Trump.

I'd stay out of the cities if I were you. I predicted if the election was stolen people would fight back. They didn't. If they did it would be via sabotage. Still a chance if things gets hot any resistance will still use sabotage and target supply lines into the cities (roads, railroad tracks, water ways) with the cheapest means available. Antifa used caltrops. Nails work just as well and good luck banning them. The reason cities will be targeted is because urban areas are democratic strong holds.

I do wonder why they did it this way. I know they had to have the people who took the videos come in and testify so they could use the videos, but I would think it would make more sense to have the medical experts come in right after that to establish "yes, the cop killed him," and then have the use of force experts come in to establish that not only did the cop kill him, but the use of force wasn't justified, and then bring in the people who could establish that the cops could have done something more to give medical care before the ambulance arrived. Instead, what I have gathered from the witnesses and cross examination before they brought in the medical experts was that the use of force was reasonable given the circumstances and MPD policy, so now it doesn't matter what any of these doctors say.

I know they may want to have their strongest witnesses go last so the jury remembers them better, but you would also think they would want to make a strong case first to have a strong first impression.

Yesterday I was at work, I got put on the doors doing counts because we still live in the fucking unholy fusion of Idiocracy and Demolition man and we have to count how many people are on the store, the Black young kid who was assigned to cleaning the shopping carts because we have to have one because I live under a fucking Totalitarian Governor. He comes up to me, apparently so unable to handle the job of STANDING WITH A BOTTLE IN HAND AND DOING NOTHING that he begins this conversation

Me : "Yes, because you are supposed to be pretending to spray carts because we live in Clown World."
