The cope is massively strong

You know I often wonder why he plays games he hates. It's not like its helping his streams at all and he's miserable all the time. Oh wait I remember! He hates all video games besides sweaty men gachas and has fucked his life to an extent where he has no future outside of streaming. It's impossible for him to walk away.

I would say stream himself playing WWE Champions, but because the big ole lie he dug himself into he can't profit off of it anymore.

After watching "The King of Retro" yet again get destroyed by a classic game I'm asking EVERYONE:

HAS ANYONE HERE PLAYED A CLASSIC ARCADE MACHINE?

I ask because from what I've experienced, from playing Tekken/Street Fighter, etc on arcades in the 90's, that those machines had REAL DROPPED INPUTS. Those joysticks would struggle determining directions when doing large combos or specials.

Go back to Fall Guys with the other babies dood.

Hole goes as deep as lying under oath. Not like the feds would come after him now since its done and over with. Thinking about it, it's impossible for Phil to have a change of heart now and confess to all of his lies even if he wanted too. The foundation of his very exsistence is built on lies.

This means that Phil has done it again - he has scaled his spending to the amount of money he is making, which is now in excess of the vest streak
Is having a mobile gaming addiction really "scaling his spending"?

No amount of money would be enough, if you gave him $1 million a week he would live in the same way and do the same things but his WWE Champions account would be way better.

Yeah, if the game was popular enough the cabinets control system would have been nearly fucked up beyond belief because of use/abuse.

Phil will piss about anything that is his fault.

I'm interested to know if the IRS would be smart enough to audit him and cross reference the games he plays on streams against the games he claims he bought for his streams.

If he's been claiming $40,000+ a year of his income as fraudulent business expenses for a number of years he owes a lot of cash.

I used to play the original Mortal Kombat, and even though I pretty much only picked Raiden to spam "INEEDMYMONAAAAAAAAAY" shit was pretty faulty. But as @Gezkill said, those machines were actually fucking mangled by people for years. Meanwhile Phil blames his controller even when it's brand new right out of the box. Like that whole "Sylvanio's Thumb" autism that resulted in a fan blowing something like $70 for no reason.

This means that Phil has done it again - he has scaled his spending to the amount of money he is making, which is now in excess of the vest streak. Further, he is now taking his whales completely for granted. Phil seems to be expecting the regular whales to pop in to hit the tips goal, and is now expecting others to continue to tip anyway. If he had half a brain, he'd realize that his audience has been trained to see the goal as 'the goal' for any given stream, and no matter who hits it, it's done. He was given a few days of excess over the goal... scaled his spending... and is now trying to set an expectation of excess every stream.
His scaled spending is getting outrageous and it's becoming more and more apparent that whether he reaches the tips goal depends entirely on if one of the few dwindling number of whales show up yet he always becomes flabbergasted when the goal isn't reached. It's just silly how he can't see that for himself. Gone are the days when he'd get a bunch of smaller tips, lots of $1.30, $5.00, $10.00 tips. People tipped to get their messages read, for them to pop up on the screen and because it could be done quickly and easily through paypal or credit card. He made it as impractical and unrewarding as possible to tip and he alienates his fans on a daily basis but still wonders why no one wants to give him money. Unreal.

IRS/Smart pick one.

Phil is a habitual liar, man can't go a day without lying needlessly.

I would say no. I'll put it this way covid basically saved his bankruptcy and he is extremely lucky. His hearings and what not happened right at the start of the pandemic when the legal system and U.S goverment were panicking trying to figure things out. If this happened at literally any other time and especially if it was in a real court room things would have most likely would have turned out differently for Phil.

I big time disagree.

The courts job was to see if Phil has the income or assets to pay his debt, on the face of it he doesn't.

His business accounts were done by a certified tax attorney. Phil just says "I play video games for a living" and hands him $50,000 of expenses for video games and related bills and the tax guy organises it and signs it off. It's not his job to cross reference which bills are business related or not, that's Phils job

Why would the court then unpick that when an attorney did the accounts? The case being in a court room wouldn't change anything. It's not the courts job to decide if Phil made wise choices financially or not (obviously not, it's bankruptcy court). Their job is to see if Phil could pay them back or not and by virtue of his fraudulent tax return he can't.

Any fraud he's committed is tax related but the IRS won't do shit. He will likely get away with it.

Agree 100%.

Nancy if I had to guess was already a bit suspicious due to the extra call time set aside for Phil.

If this happened in real life and not on a phone call - Phil would've been fucked.

I still to this fucking day, whether or not the credit guy at the end of the call Phil LEGITIMATELY said:
" I don't have those numbers in front of me, maybe we can talk behind the scenes about it."

I've never been bankrupt and hope it doesn't happen *knocks on wood*, but Phil this dude isn't a pay pig. He is a debt collector. Behind the scenes for what ? So you can make up some bullshit.

Phil would most likely fall apart in court. I don't know if there a usually judges present when these hearings occur, but he could probably smell Phil's bs from the parking lot.

No, the IRS in perpetually understaffed; if you thought Nancy did a shit job, don't wish the IRS audit into existence, there are tax evaders with actual assets that could be taken and sold off, JPGs aren't tangible, and carry no actual value.

EDIT: the equity he has in his house/car/anything is pathetic, he's underwater on the car, and may be on the WAkando sooner than later... can't get blood out of a stone.

Double Edit: The 2018 taxes I estimated within a few hundred bucks was taking a standard deduction, which I imagine he takes, but "pays" hundreds or thousands of dollars for. A sole proprietorship isn't really a business, it is a pass through income... you pay taxes on what income you make, and I don't think Phil is itemizing anything, and the tax guy is imagined (we all know he doesn't have seperate bank accounts or paypal for the proprietorship, it's all mixed with his personal shit).

I made a simile to me writing off $20k a year on weed as extraordinary medical expenses- that doesn't pass the smell test. In my opinion, he fabricated the tax guy in the past few years,, or he uses turbotax live advice, and conflates that to a multi-hundred/thousand dollar expense. The miniscule amount of his "office" he could write off as well as the amount of utilities would likely be under the standard deduction.

Way old but this was on my Youtube feed and I couldn't help but laugh at how awkward and uncomfortable Dave sounds talking about Khet here, he almost sounds like he doesn't even believe what he's saying

Among the obvious reasons why she is not "as hot as a swimsuit model", she could never be one because it would wash off the makeup she uses to have eyebrow.
