Long time lurker here and I finally made an account for this interesting useless conversation I had about a week ago. I used to casually watch dreams vids and then came to realize the fucking insanity that is his community so I’m here to fan the flames of anarchy. Anyways I’ve been keeping up with the whole Sam pedophile situation and recently came across that new Twitter thread by @anonymoussloll telling their experience with Sam and also mentioning that she has a new victim. Knowing one of her friends on Instagram fit the description, I reached out to them. Excuse how nice I am to the person but I guess I’m just another two faced motherfucker like the rest of the world. Them encouraging their fans to ship them with each other being a bad idea (that we learned is a bad idea years ago when youtubers had colorful hair) aside, it genuinely feels like these people have not only heard all the criticism of their behavior around managing their fanbase and interacting with each other, but also meticulously dissected and discussed how far they can take shit before they need to backpedal to avoid serious controversy.
Not to rant, but I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if many of Dream(Team)'s questionable actions and decisions were solely made specifically to bait as much as they can then quickly pull out and essentially sic their audience at the people who reacted to their bait.

Oh, I’m not sure what it was about but that was back when Dream posted the insane Twitter long about Sam so if we had been circulating a photo around that time then probably.

Don't know if anyone would find any interest in this, as it's just some more fanbase insanity/petty drama, but it seems to be gaining a bit of traction. Seems like public opinion on Twitter is starting to shift with all these little things, and not in favor of Dream and his gang (If that even means anything coming from a bunch of teenage girls). But, apparently, this animatic (archive) has been making the rounds with a UTAUloid using samples from TommyInnit's voice, which apparently goes against the UTAU rules, not to mention Tommy's about 16 years old.

Like I said, this is nothing but some petty drama, but nonetheless interesting and indicative of rising tensions between DSMP fanbase and "antis." This also kind of serves as a bit of a glimpse into the hivemind of these rabid fans, only further proving how they are simply unable to differentiate these content creators as real, living beings. I can't imagine being 16 and having people literally make UTAUs of me and my friends, I think I'd shoot myself.

Disgusting how they gave Tommy self-harm scars. As far as I know, his DreamSMP character doesn't cut himself and to give him self-harm scars for the sole purpose of making him le edgy soft boi is honestly gross. Disappointed but not surprised with how the artist doesn't see any problem with this.
