It has already been said but this obsession with death/ children/ torture is really concerning, and i genuinely believe he is a danger to himself and others. If his therapist/ psychiatrist had seen everything slvt has done he would've been locked away in a heartbeat.

Does anyone actually know why 4chan like calling SewerSlvt Ethan? or any leads on what his name is? i mean i understand that Slvt used to be a "4chan Chud" untill they trooned out and then got rejected, why would they call him ethan ?

After some Googling, it seems that perhaps they got it from some sources (for example, the very public Deezer, so this isn't doxxing) that say "Drowning in the Sewer" was composed by an Ethan? No substantial results show up from that name though so it's probably nothing.
Or they could've been in the know years ago.

Yeah, that could be the origin, i believe that somewhere down the line slvt must of made a mistake where they doxxed themselves on the internet and forgot about it, all it just takes is time research and community engagement i guess

The name Ethan Gluis is listed as the composer for various Sewerslvt releases in the embedded metadata in the page source on both Deezer and Apple Music.

Someone posted the name on Reddit (archive) four months ago, but post was deleted by the mod. Yandex brings up a deleted Youtube channel with the name Ethan Gluis, but it still exists in their cache. There's nothing on the page except for an avatar of a hippo, which reverse image search doesn't bring up any interesting results for.

An Ethan Patton Gluis of Klemzig, a suburb of Adelaide, is registered as a sole trader in Australia: [australiansoletraders.com][archive], [abr.business.gov.au][archive]

Ayyyy! i can't believe you came back with a name, it makes sense that he live in klemzig, or nearby as on the orignial sewercord they would post that he nearly every night would go to a carls jr joint north of Prospect.

You search by track titles, but searching Sewersvlt or SWRSLT as the performer or Ethan Gluis as the songwriter when possible doesn't return any results. That just means that he isn't a member of a performance rights organization. Which isn't uncommon, especially among self-produced internet musicians.

It's possible for someone other than the actual songwriter to be listed on copyrights and collect royalties on behalf of that person, but I think that's unlikely.

Nah, it's just the link expired. It's the top result on Yandex for Ethan Gluis and you can still get the cache by clicking the arrow next to the result. I've added a screenshot. I'm not even sure if it's the same guy, but that name doesn't appear to be common.

I've also noticed that Musicbrainz has the original, uncensored cover art for all of the releases.
