Infected Euphoric atheists

I've seen some good arguments that the CMB is an artifact of bad imaging practices and an unwillingness to consider confounding factors in equipment (mainly because the dipole has never been measured in deep space, only near and on Earth with equipment that collects local interference). A contrary reading in a radiotelescope in the Soviet Union reported almost no CMB at all. You can find the republished study in English here.

That being said, it's funny to consider that if it is true, despite doubts, then we are at the center of the universe.

So I notice one of the movies is missing and tried to look for it, I found a reaction video for archival purpose. I like it because I can use it to tell euphorics that they are being annoying assholes.
I decided to look into what this guy has been up to and I have to admit, when he's not being an obnoxious faggot, he can present a decent essay. There's been an 8 year gap of his content producing, so perhaps he mellowed out? It has nothing to do with religion so an advanced apology for any potential derailings.

Yeah, he's totally wrong about this;https://historyforatheists.com/2017/04/easter-ishtar-eostre-and-eggs/
For those of you haven't heard of this blog, History For Atheists is run by Tim O' Neil, an atheist and member of the Austrailan Skeptics who has taken the time to debunk and correct the myths & misconceptions his fellow atheists hold about the history of the relationship between science & religion (& religion in general) which has earned him great acclaim from scholars and scorn from butthurt euphorics, including Richard Carrier. It is sad that the article I presented was written in 2017 and four years later, there are still people who buy into these misconceptions without question and have the nerve to call themselves "rationalists" & "reasonable folk".
Also, do I detect a hint of anti-semetism? I suppose I shouldn't be that surprised. If there's anything Corbynism and the communist parties of old have taught us, it's that Jew-hatred isn't exclusively a Nazi thing.
"Jesus is a zombie" is one of the lamest atheist gotchas.
I suppose he is in a way. Just one of the better looking ones.

Whenever anyone starts off about Easter being a pagan festival I just ask them what pagan festival is linked to the words ”Pâques” and ”Pasqua”.

I was told as a young lad that easter bunny came from Mary being depicted as a rabbit in biblical stories for kids,
which had been toned down and had the characters replaced with animals.

Apparently the hare has been a motif in Church art for centuries. Not exactly in stories for children, but in manuscripts, stained glass windows, and other allegorical work. Leaving aside that Eostre never had the hare as a symbol, it does seem to have an incredibly rich history in European Christianity that I'm surprised I had never heard about before.

This painting by Titian must be very influential.

Good catch. Easter is not-so-surprisingly closer to Passover than any pagan festival; it's actually where the words Paques and Pasqua came from. I mean, that is the period of time where Jesus got crucified.

The name's pagan in origin, but yeah pretty much every culture had festivals that represented the shift in season. In this case Easter is legitimately Jewish in origins, fitting given where Christianity came from.

Reminder that this was dirt easy to look up, so these cargo cultists shouldn't have had a lot of trouble if they actually did do some research.

"Jesus is a zombie" is one of the lamest atheist gotchas.
I try not to argue or debate my beliefs with anybody, but the lamest checkmate I've ever heard of came up not too long ago.
"If I throw a baseball at you would you duck"
"yes"
"well then God's not real because you don't think the ball would be stopped"
100% serious about it too. It was some exceptional euphoria.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Christian doctrine entail that forgiveness is available to everyone, but not everyone will accept it?
The way someone explained it to me was that God cannot coexist with sin and won't override your free will, so rejecting God's grace means you doom yourself to an eternity apart.

The later points are just your standard atheist frame game. Christians want to be subservient to God's will because they believe God's will is the fundamental good, and arguments regularly occur between Christians.

Pretty much.
God... cannot override your free will
I can only speak for what Catholics believe, which is that we have free will but God knows how we will use that free will, because he is omniscient. So basically, we can freely choose whether or not to follow God or not, but God knows what option we'll pick.

Imagine randomly deciding to berate your classmates on a call
This looks like a fake story/post designed to dunk on reddit. It's too on-the-nose with the description of the Christian giving him a very polite rebuttal and him calling the teacher a snowflake.
