How are you cooking them? Sautéed with butter, olive oil, wine and some seasoning of choice is pretty great. They are good in sandwiches, especially in a steak/mushroom/cheese sammich.The usual 'western' varieties common to any popular supermarket here. I've tried enoki mushrooms and some other Asian varieties - still not for me. I can't get over the rubbery texture. Plus enoki mushrooms remind me of parasites.
