Yeah, it was supposed to happen. Then the "gal pals" found out how shitty Chris is and he found out they were only his pity friends, got over it, and got new friends.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think he's over the fact that he's not in High School anymore and doesn't care about the reunion as much.
Also, thanks to social media, nobody cares about reunions anymore. Back in the day it was to help you reconnect with classmates, but Facebook has made that obsolete. My 10 year is next year and I couldn't care less because anyone I gave a shit about in high school I still talk to or at least are Facebook friends.
I wouldn't be surprised if he forgot.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Short of discovering the infinitely high girlfriend factor or developing noviaphobia, Chris-tran is shaping up to be a permanent evolution.

This is partly why I want Chris to go to jail. It'd smack him back down to reality. No make-up, no dresses or ill-fitting bras, just a plain orange jumpsuit and inmates who won't take kindly to his tomgirl bullshit.

But mostly 'cause I like watching the smug tw@ squirm.

I think it got replaced with the LGBT community. At root, it was an attempt to find friends. Hanging out with the LGBT community at Impulse or bowling nights, etc. has a lot more concrete success than his attempts at a reunion, so he is following that path instead.

Don't jump down my thoat and say that the lesbians at Impulse are not actually friends with Chris. My point is that Chris feels like he is having a social life for the first time in years. Going to a gay club as a lesbian is finally the cheat code he has been looking for.

It doesn't seem to be going away in the forseeable future. Once we start looking 10-20 years down the road, I guess it is reasonably likely Chris will have abandoned it. But that time frame is impossible to predict.

His time in jail would be the most boring period in Christory. It would seem unlikely that even insiders would have much communication from him.

We woudn't see the smack down to reality. Chris would dissapear for a few weeks, and then reappear saying "Jail sucks. Stupid trolls. Blarms. Lesbians. Sonichu". From a purely entertainment perspective, I don't see why anyone would cheer for jail time.

You are completely right. Chris thinks he's a woman. While his grasp on what being a woman actually is may be hazy, he knows he doesn't want to be a man.
