So this is an experience that happened a few years ago and I can't remember the specific name of the guy, or any details like usernames for that matter. I wish I could link a profile or at least have some remaining photos because this shit was insane.
A couple years back I had a female friend who was either extremely bored, lonely, attention-starved or a combination. She would constantly stream herself on those shitty live-broadcasting social media apps (I think it was called LiveMe). She would stream herself on it on a frequent basis, and she built up a community too. She was fairly attractive and as you would expect from apps like that; she had a ton of creepy, socially inept guys watching her and orbiting her. She would pay tons of attention to them and even give them her personal information.
One of those orbiters in particular started developing a very strong fixation on her, watching all of her streams and eventually proclaiming that he loved her. He was an African kid living all the way across from the world, let's call him Cheg. The most notable thing about Cheg is he had spoke absolutely horrific, broken english with terrible grammar. He sounded like a fucking parody or meme; I'll give you an example of something I remember him saying:
"I luv u bby,.,.,.,.,.,.. i promiz u i wil protec u darleng forevr". His grammar was always incredibly broken, to the point where he was totally unintelligible at times and you had to hardly decipher what the fuck he was saying.
My friend, being completely fucking stupid gave Cheg her social media accounts... Which worsened the situation by 100x. Cheg starting stalking her on every single platform, commenting on every single post she made every day proclaiming how she was his wife and they were meant to be together . Just really weird creepy shit.
He started upping the ante and became even crazier afterwards, he started creating edited pictures of her. This one image in particular, he had a picture of a heart and on both sides of the heart he edited a picture of himself and this girl; he posted it on his Instagram with some caption like "SOULMATES FOREVER". He had dozens of pictures of her saved, and he started changing his profile picture to pictures of her.
Eventually I decided to speak with Cheg one-on-one and see what was up with this kid, and man it was fucking hilarious. This kid was definitely very lolcowish in nature, his horrible english/social skills combined with his fixated love obsession with some girl he had never interacted with; who lived across the world from him. He refused to let go of his delusional fantasy regarding this girl being his "wife" or "soulmate" no matter what how much you tried talking to him. And generally, interacting with this kid was super difficult because as I said before, his english grammar was completely atrocious. He seemed to miss the point that I was making fun of him, and even tried befriending me thinking insults were compliments.
So at a certain point, nobody could seem to talk sense into him (multiple people, including my friend herself tried) and to no avail at all; he held onto this belief they were meant to be together and continued obsessing. He bypassed through multiple blocks by making new accounts and continuing, while also making numerous posts about the girl. There was nowhere to report this kid to, considering he lived in a really poor part of Africa. Everyone decided to collectively ignore him, and hope he stopped at some point.
And he did, a few months later. I remember checking his page and he developed a new obsession with a different girl. This Japanese streamer girl, who he was posting pictures of and claiming it was his "gf"
So that happened a few years ago, I can't seem to find him now and I don't know what he's up to these days; it's a bit hilarious to ponder he could still be doing the exact same thing considering he switched to some different girl after a while, meaning this was a pattern for him. If I can, I'll find one of the pictures he made; a few people saved it back in the day due to the fact it was funny as fuck.
