When the banana’s would not scan, and the register at self check-out presented a need to have a Walmart associate come to the register where the banana’s caused the machine to malfunction. That banana scan code malfunction was done intentionally, it caused a distraction where I needed to find the associate, and then the associate at the checkout came to orchestrate an attack from behind with nitrous gas and swords. Terror army soldiers taking advantage of additional wounds of an already disabled US Citizen, for the kill at the self-checkout. There were four assassins. Two of them were referred to as “new Rich” and “new Jen“. Those would be the replacement terror soldiers for Richard and Jennifer Chartrand of 376 Jackpine, a Royal Canadian Mounted Police/Oregon State Police terror cell. The other two may have been someone I can only say may have been “Unspeakable Litigation“ and his wife. There was a fight with weapons at the checkout area. I defended. The swords were turned around, assassins neutralized with their own weapons, with exception of the woman the Walmart associate called “new Jen”. That woman reached for a vaginally holstered gun and shot herself in the process of trying to kill me while she said: “You took out my daughter” (sounds like “You Two-Cowed my daughter” the way the terror army pronounces the words “Took-out“, they all were trained at the same church, so, all of the Canadian terror army use words that are universally understood by all terror soldiers, “Took-Out” means “Killed”. So, the woman that was said to be “new Jen“ had accused me of killing her daughter when she said: “You two-cowed my daughter”. That means that the girl with the long black hair who burst of nitrous ignition the other day, like I already reported about in detail, was most likely the daughter that “new Jen“ said that I “Took-Out”. Of the four assassins there, three of them launched away of nitrous oxide ignition when I lit my Bic Lighter to clear the air after defending. One terror soldier launched towards the Bakery department, and the yellow vested Walmart Banana monitor announced that over her communication device as it happened, “Evac to bakery!”, then another assassin launched to the women’s clothing department, and the yellow vested Walmart banana monitor announced “Evac to Ladies”. One other assassin had launched into the suspended ceiling, and the ceiling tile came down close to me, I picked it up and leaned it against the self-checkout machine. The yellow vested Walmart representative was just staring at the ceiling, so that’s when I said: “They come down out of the ceiling over by the pharmacy when they launch into the ceiling from here, so, that one should be coming out of the ceiling over there any minute now”. And, that is what happened, and the Walmart banana representative announced over her communication device: “Evac to pharmacy”. The fourth terror assassin had been cut in the head and neck area, and was choking while walking away with a Walmart escort from the Walmart Service Counter. After that, I had to ring up the four banana’s I wanted on a separate receipt. Then, at the exit, there was the pnuematic guillotine that I report about sometimes, it was set up and operational in the exit doorway, and one victim was laying about 20 feet away, was still alive, but I could not help that person. I saw two people near the place where there is a Cellular Telephone Recycling Kiosk at the entrance to the Walmart, a drop box that pays for cellular phones that get deposited into the kiosk. Those two people looked a lot like Lorena Chapman and Micheal Brassil of the Josephine County Courts terror cell. They were trying to hide behind the cellular phone drop box kiosk. I did some offensive defense there, and neutralized those two, but I forgot to unplug the pneumatic guillotine, and walked right through the thing … unscathed. The people in the parking lot started to shout: “He walked right through it!” they said as the guillotine blade went rapidly chopping up the next person who tried to leave the Walmart on Wednesday afternoon. That makes six dead terror soldiers that day, all of them were terror neighbors, and followed me to the Walmart to kill me, and, they brought the pneumatic guillotine with them also. Two Chapmans Two Chartrand’s Two Unspeakable due to litigation, I could be arrested if I say the name of the people who came to the Walmart to kill me.

When he realized that I am not part of whatever they were up to that day, he declined to elaborate about why Joe Satriani was portraying a doctor at the Asante Urgent Care. The connection is tiny, but is real, and there may be more to it that I could add if someone who does national security work were available to talk to, for exploring more small details that I encountered there at the Asante Urgent Care. The connection is the statement: “I don’t have access to Advanced Imaging”. Edit: He went to urgent care last Tuesday and they told him they couldn't help him because he needed advanced imaging (read: he needs an ultrasound of his legs by an experienced technician to determine if it's cellulitis or something else AND if there are subcutaneous abscesses - this is standard practice). Kelly didn't want to go anywhere else, he just wanted antibiotic pills and when they wouldn't give them to him he left. He will not get the appropriate medical care he needs without an emergency hold, and even then I'm not sure if it's legal in Oregon to physically treat someone without their consent, even if they ARE crazy.

This month, I have not taken hardly any walks outside, so, I don’t have local information that’s worth saying, I stepped outside three times in the past couple of hours, each time the Sunflower terror cell peacocks began to scream peacock screams as soon as I opened the door, that is per usual that some kind of alarm is sounded from Chartrand’s and/Sunflower’s terror cells, triggered to make a noise from the listening devices that are hidden around my front porch somewhere, The alarm at the neighbor terror cells goes off when I open the door, and that provides all of the terror cells around here that I am outside and that a chance to kill me is coming up, the terror army gets into position, they get into cars, take hiding places at Monroe’s terror cell in preparation to kill me.

Same shit as usual, for many years it’s been like that, no one will help me.

The poison leg attack symptoms are changing, they got very painful with new symptoms yesterday. The wound itself on the shin looks pretty much the same as if has, it’s the swelling and the poison material that is still inside my leg that i causing me a lot of grief and agony. My toes still feel numb and frozen most of the time. If I massage the wound areas, I can get the swelling to reduce, however, that produces bruising around the shin … shins bruise and stay bruised easily, it’ makes yet more pain.

The poisons are coming out of my body, that is good news, it’s just happening in slow motion. The best thing so far to achieve that, is to massage the wound areas, manually push some blood around to places on the wound that the poison might drain out. I do that, then rinse with peroxide, then massage some more, then rinse some more, then massage some more, then rinse more, and I did that routine about fifteen times or more today. The massage session takes about 10 minutes or more, then, after the peroxide is saturated in the wounds, I massage some more after the rinse, to push some of the swollen poison blood towards the open wounds. It’s working, but only a tiny bit of poisons at a time comes out.

There was some scary moments when my foot was very swollen and painful, and when I massaged the area and elevated my foot to get the stuff to move to my torso, all the way down the whole leg, I could feel the burning sensation of the poisons inside my leg the whole way. It got to my chest, and sternum, and burned painfully there for an hour or more a couple of times. That is worrying me, that the poisons are getting in my heart or pancreas. I have a lot of heartburn now, what little food I am eating is not digesting as it should, makes me get hickups after those times when I massaged the poisons down my leg and to my torso. That was very productive for eliminating much of the foot swelling, but the choices were to do that, or, cut a drain hole in my leg somewhere like should have been done at the Urgent Care when I was turned away, and told that the ER Hospital is where I needed to go to have my leg amputated above the knee. That was the advice, and it came without a diagnosis, noninflammatory, or antibiotic or pain medicine. nothing but an amputation was offered, and I was told to drive to another place to have that done last Tuesday at Asante Urgent Care in White City Oregon, Avenue G location.

Other symptoms new starting the past two days ago, is the poison is coming out of my eyes. I was just having blurry vision at first for the morning hours, now, my eyes are dry, there is no fluid in them, and I need to put water drops in my eyes all day, about a pint of water over the past three days has been necessary to add some lubricant so I can blink, and, the poison is making solid chunks of material gather around my eye lids. so, I need to rinse that stuff away. My eyes have been stuck closed as if they wore glued shut the past three days in the mornings.

I am not able to sleep more than a couple hours, it’s too painful, so I get up and massage, and rinse the wounds over and over again.

One of the wounds is making a scab that is as hard as granite, The scab on my low ankle, the one that looks like an alien wound, is as if it turned into a rock, and I cannot pick at it, or even budge the thing to get some peroxide into it.

Walking is no longer a good thing to do. Even a walk to where my car is about fifty feet away takes away all of the massage work to get the swelling down, and I have to start all over again to make the swelling go away.

The poison was pooled up in my heel, on the bottom of my foot, and that really sucked. It’s very difficult to get the fluid out of there with just some manual massaging., and is way too painful to leave there.


Maybe tomorrow I will tale another photo if it looks any different than the last photo I took. Right now, it looks pretty much the same with exception that today the red inflamed area around the wound on the left side of the shin is greatly reduced over the last time I took a picture.


So, local conditions are that the terror army is still using the listening devises that they hid around my front door and other places, as an alarm system that alerts them that I have gone outside, and that allows them plenty of time to get into position for a chance to kill me.

That, and I am still in desperate need of medical help.

There are no signs of helpful people anywhere.

The airplanes are still doing a few low and slow fly-overs above my house every day, and yesterday there were paratrooper assassins, they were killed in defense by ignition of nitrous oxide when I lit my lighter to avoid the attack.

Please study this account to know why, and to understand what has taken place over the past twenty years or more, to make these conditions I report about so overwhelming and difficult to defend against before they take the rest of USA and kill what remaining US citizens there may be still alive somewhere.

Edit: Fucking hell this is frustrating. They didn't turn him away and they didn't tell him he'd have to have an amputation. They told him to go to the ER for more advanced imaging** (Physicians' clinical assessment for abscess may be limited, especially in cases with extensive overlying induration, but use of bedside ultrasonography performed by an experienced practitioner readily discriminates between abscess and cellulitis and may change management in up to 56% of cases.) before he could get a diagnosis and treatment and he refused due to his paranoia because the urgent care had imaging on site and he suspected a nefarious plot.

This is what I am concerned about: Symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis may include fever, swelling, and complaints of excessive pain. The initial skin changes are similar to cellulitis or abscess, thus making the diagnosis at early stages difficult. Hardening of the skin (induration) and soft tissue and swelling beyond the area of skin changes are commonly present in those with early necrotizing changes. The redness and swelling usually blend into surrounding normal tissues. The overlying skin may appear shiny and tense. Other signs which are more suggestive of necrotizing changes (but present in later stages in 7 to 44% of the cases) are: formation of bullae, bleeding into the skin which is present before skin necrosis (skin turning from red to purple and black due to thrombosis of blood vessels), presence of gas in tissues, and reduced or absent sensation over the skin (due to the necrosis of the underlying nerves).

** Imaging has a limited role in the diagnosis of necrotizing fasciitis. The time delay in performing imaging is a major concern. Plain radiography may show subcutaneous emphysema (gas in the subcutaneous tissue), which is strongly suggestive of necrotizing changes, but it is not sensitive enough to detect all the cases, because necrotizing skin infections caused by bacteria other than clostridial infections usually do not show subcutaneous emphysema. If the diagnosis is still in doubt, computed tomography (CT) scans and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are more sensitive modalities than plain radiography. However, both the CT scan and MRI are not sensitive enough to rule out necrotizing changes completely. CT scan may show fascial thickening, edema, subcutaneous gas, and abscess formation. Edit 2: Hydrogen peroxide is absolutely NOT recommended to cleanse open wounds anymore; it damages the new tissues that are forming (although in Kelly's case, I doubt any healing is actually taking place.)

Walking is no longer a good thing to do. Even a walk to where my car is about fifty feet away takes away all of the massage work to get the swelling down, and I have to start all over again to make the swelling go away. The poison was pooled up in my heel, on the bottom of my foot, and that really sucked. It’s very difficult to get the fluid out of there with just some manual massaging., and is way too painful to leave there. Maybe tomorrow I will tale another photo if it looks any different than the last photo I took. Right now, it looks pretty much the same with exception that today the red inflamed area around the wound on the left side of the shin is greatly reduced over the last time I took a picture. So, local conditions are that the terror army is still using the listening devises that they hid around my front door and other places, as an alarm system that alerts them that I have gone outside, and that allows them plenty of time to get into position for a chance to kill me. That, and I am still in desperate need of medical help. There are no signs of helpful people anywhere. The airplanes are still doing a few low and slow fly-overs above my house every day, and yesterday there were paratrooper assassins, they were killed in defense by ignition of nitrous oxide when I lit my lighter to avoid the attack. no help has come. Same shit as usual, for many years it’s been like that, no one will help me. The poison leg attack symptoms are changing, they got very painful with new symptoms yesterday. The wound itself on the shin looks pretty much the same as if has, it’s the swelling and the poison material that is still inside my leg that is causing me a lot of grief and agony. My toes still feel numb and frozen most of the time. If I massage the wound areas, I can get the swelling to reduce, however, that produces bruising around the shin … shins bruise and stay bruised easily, it’ makes yet more pain. The poisons are coming out of my body, that is good news, it’s just happening in slow motion. The best thing so far to achieve that, is to massage the wound areas, manually push some blood around to places on the wound that the poison might drain out. I do that, then rinse with peroxide, then massage some more, then rinse some more, then massage some more, then rinse more, and I did that routine about fifteen times or more today. The massage session takes about 10 minutes or more, then, after the peroxide is saturated in the wounds, I massage some more after the rinse, to push some of the swollen poison blood towards the open wounds. It’s working, but only a tiny bit of poisons at a time comes out. There was some scary moments when my foot was very swollen and painful, and when I massaged the area and elevated my foot to get the stuff to move to my torso, all the way down the whole leg, I could feel the burning sensation of the poisons inside my leg the whole way. It got to my chest, and sternum, and burned painfully there for an hour or more a couple of times. That is worrying me, that the poisons are getting in my heart or pancreas. I have a lot of heartburn now, what little food I am eating is not digesting as it should, makes me get hickups after those times when I massaged the poisons down my leg and to my torso. That was very productive for eliminating much of the foot swelling, but the choices were to do that, or, cut a drain hole in my leg somewhere like should have been done at the Urgent Care when I was turned away, and told that the ER Hospital is where I needed to go to have my leg amputated above the knee. That was the advice, and it came without a diagnosis, noninflammatory, or antibiotic or pain medicine. nothing but an amputation was offered, and I was told to drive to another place to have that done last Tuesday at Asante Urgent Care in White City Oregon, Avenue G location. Oh my God this is horrifying. I know he refused to go to the appropriate hospital but he is clearly lacking capacity and shouldn’t have been allowed to wander off and keep peroxiding his leg until it kills him. He must be known to a bunch of local services, why is no-one (forcefully) intervening?

Myself and two other concerned individuals have been in contact with mental health services regarding Kelly for weeks and NOTHING has been done save for two fucking phone calls (resulting in VOICEMAILS) from Options and JCSO.

If you would like to contact the authorities in his area to help him, please DM me for their information.

I don't feel that this is cow-tipping, I am legitimately concerned for his health and his life and it infuriates me that he cannot get the help he needs due to his mental illness and the failure of local social services and law enforcement. He might be a pain in the ass to local authorities, but NO ONE should be left to die because their brain is fucked.

And if he dies because of this I will be contacting every media outlet in Josephine and Jackson counties.
