When you raise a generation of young people to believe that they are eternal victims of White oppression merely for existing while Black, constantly coddle them and let them get away with murder, this is the result. Notice that the vast majority of rioters are younger than 40. Their parents and grandparents wouldn't be out there doing this shit. There's a reason why you have more Thomas Sowell types condemning the worst aspects of the Black community and not more young figures doing the same.

That was a multiracial crowd of Trumpers on January 6th, 2021. Trump united all those men and women of every color and race to basically walk into the capitol.

To answer your primary question, It's nature for minorities to unify against the majority in any nation. The difference is that if the minority chimps out, they get shut down. But in the west, politicians and rich cunts decided to let stuff happen because votes and money and power over going to Mars.
