Anyways my armchair psychologist assessment is that he probably has BPD or something like that, he seems the type.
For the love of fuck,
NO.
I really can't state this enough; NO.
Time for me to sperg hardcore, using my time studying criminal psych in college, mainly because I'm sick of these armchair diagnoses.
Firstly, BPD is a condition that primarily affects women.
Real women. Much like how ASPD (socio/psychopathy) predominantly afflicts males. Like ASPD, you can be born with the condition, or you can develop it as a child after experiencing significant trauma. For this reason, many women develop BPD after getting raped as a kid, especially if they weren't believed by those they trusted, doubly so if the perpetrator was someone close to them. Funnily enough, this doesn't stop them from using their trauma as a cudgel whenever they feel like they can win an argument using it, which makes people think they're lying about their trauma, which in turn fuels the BPD.
BPD is primarily characterized by the complete and utter inability to control one's emotions. You know how sometimes as a kid you'd be so overwhelmed with emotion that you couldn't control yourself? Imagine that happening 24/7. That is BPD in a nutshell. The mere fact that Ethan is trying to hide his identity proves that they don't have BPD. People with BPD on social media tend to have no concept of privacy when it comes to their purely impulse-based behavior. This results in photos being uploaded of family members who don't want those photos online (just look at how much BPD mothers rape their kids' privacy on Facebook & Instagram), TMI posting until they have no more stories to tell, constant sperg outs and meltdowns, and posting walls of text over something as simple as someone talking to them in a way that sets them off.
Finally, because BPD sufferers function almost entirely off of impulse, like an animal, they all have a shockingly similar way of talking. If you've been around BPD long enough, or grew up with a BPD parent, you know what I'm talking about. They have this pattern of talking that involves overly defending every single thing they say, out of impulsive fear of being ridiculed in any way, regardless of how benign the comment was. This makes arguing with someone who has untreated BPD nearly impossible, because they are the uncrowned kings of mental gymnastics. They are so impulsive that some will subconsciously memory hole entire spans of time, without even realizing it. If they are aware of what they're doing, and they're untreated, they will likely defend their shitty behavior out of fear of being ridiculed. This, combined with their constant attention seeking (impulsive fear of not being valid), makes them a walking contradiction. Ethan does not talk like someone with BPD, in any way shape or form. If you want to see what I'm talking about, look up BPD mothers answering questions on Quora in an attempt to explain away the abuse of their children, because nobody offline wants to sit through that bullshit. They all talk the same, especially since their impulsivity guarantees that they will type the same way they speak.
I understand that BPD is a fad rn because of Twitter stans being absolutely psycho, but people need to understand that
BPD is one of the most debilitating, difficult to treat disorders we know of. If you are a counsellor, you absolutely
dread they day a borderline client walks into your office, even moreso than a schizophrenic patient. If Ethan had BPD, we would literally know
everything about him by now; his face, family doxes, the whole nine yards. In fact, we would know so much about him that we'd be able to predict his next moves
more accurately than the beauty parlor predicts Amberlynn's cycles.
The more we armchair diagnose this condition, the less serious people will think it is. Make no mistake, BPD is fucking horrific. If left untreated, the fear that BPD patients experience on a constant basis can morph into conspiratorial delusions and psychosis (think gang stalking). This guy doesn't even meet a single criteria for BPD in the current edition of the DSM.
Sotos was also a member of the band Whitehouse... until they kicked him out, and
wrote a song explicitly shitting on him, because he was too much even for them.
Speaking of Whitehouse, the cover of their album "Cruise" is still the best refutation of Slvt's brand of pointless edge:

Hate to break it to you, but Sotos was in Whitehouse when Cruise was released, in fact, his last record with Whitehouse was Bird Seed.
Cruise's artwork is quite possibly the most ironic piece of music history ever.
Regarding the stolen music rumor, you can go ahead and listen for yourself.
Here's
inmelancholy by Sewerslvt...
and then here's
37564 by foxxy dekay & 4649nadeshiko.
Personally listening to it, it sounds very similar. It seems like inmelancholy is just mixed louder and with a little bit of another D&B track overlayed or something, but it's a stretch to call it a remix. What do you think?
Jesus fuck that makes vaporwave look like original compositions.
