Can't wait until they start saying meth is good for you like its the fucking 50s all over again
Dr. Tobin: Actually back in old Oirland we have quite a lot of meth and I prescribe it to many of my patients with heart problems. It increases the heart rate and makes the poomp handle and boocket handle work faster. Many people take meth for years and report no health problems.

If they do that, they're gonna face some heavy backlash from the court. Cahill has already talked about media sanctions in the case of misconduct (like when reporters were trying to take photos of the papers on the lawyers' desks in jury selection), and if they're violating a court order of anonymity for the jurors they could be facing worse than just that.

I don't believe that any reporter would want to face prison time and losing their journalism career just to violate a court order that will be lifted in 6 months to a year.
But would a random twitter user with some contacts, anonymous for sake of argument, be liable for any sort of punishment?
As soon as one goes viral... well, all the MeToos worked (in the moment)
IIRC jurors don't have post trial anonymity either, not a true legal guarantee

People have done terrible things in the name of George Floyd. They have kicked people to death, looted stores, burned cars. Many others stood on the side lines and cheered.

Those people need Chauvin to be guilty. They can never accept that they did those terrible things for nothing.

Hilariously, if he's found innocent, they will respond by doing those things all over again

they kicked people to death for a free pair of jordans or just cause they wanted to, if they even thought about floyd it was a vague excuse to shout if they're on camera

Even if it's just their excuse, if it's found he killed himself by ODing and accepted as such, they just lost their excuse

They're renaming schools in his honor, plastering murals of his face everywhere, and comparing him to Jesus Christ.

SJWs are not capable of admitting when they are wrong. St. Skittles had Zimzam pinned down and was bashing his head into the pavement. Michael Brown tried to grab Darren Wilson's gun, and "hands up, don't shoot" was a flat-out lie.

They still martyrize Trayvon and Brown. The lies for the history books are agreed upon, facts be damned.

There are a lot of people in this country who seem deeply invested in pushing the narrative that it's still like 1921 with the Klan setting fire to the houses of uppity Negroes left and right.

There's no non-sinister explanation for why anyone would benefit from this.

If a twitter user got their information from a journalist, the journo would be liable. There are also security measures the courthouse is taking (such as no cameras allowed) to ensure that random twitter users are not doing exactly what you've said. I'm pretty sure the anonymity orders and security measures would apply to anyone covering the case in any capacity, though the exact details are purposely not clear to outsiders.

Cahill stated the anonymity order would be lifted some time after the end of the trial. Here's the text version of Branca's coverage, with the raw voir dire footage embedded in the article if you want to hear for yourself.

no, that's the dumb cunty white suburbanites, not the nogs actually out looting and rioting. Make no mistake, these people riot when a black man gets killed by the police, when a black man doesn't get killed by the police, when someone wins an election, when someone loses an election, when the economy does well, when it does poorly, the list goes on. Add it all up, they don't give a fuck, they just want to riot and whatever random excuse the news is pushing is the justification and marching orders that it's alright to do it. The suburbanites don't actually care any more either, mind, just for them it's an excuse to show off how good they are, not grab a pair of new shows or burn down a fucking target.

It isn't about excuses or whatever, it's just nigs gon nig. nothing more, nothing less, this is just one of the many socially conditioned times for cat5 chimpouts to occur and let everyone go try to get some shit.

And then, six months from now, or maybe a year, or maybe more, they will quietly revert all of this. Unfortunately, fishing for sympathy and "virtue points" extends to institutions nowadays, both private and public ones.

People have done terrible things in the name of George Floyd. They have kicked people to death, looted stores, burned cars. Many others stood on the side lines and cheered.
You can blame secularisation for that. It's long been established that humans need a higher purpose, an idea greater than themselves, in order to function. Once God has been removed from the equation, and began being pushed out and ridiculed, the common masses started seeking alternatives, whether in politics, ideologies, or sects. Sometimes those three seem intertwined and indistinguishable, hence why you see the process of turning Mr. Floyd into some martyred saint. Such processes will only accelerate over time, becoming more determined - and more violent. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if, ten years from now, armed militias will take up arms in the name of a "saint of the moment". Also, due to the ever increasing tempo of news consumption, such urges will increase in number, as well.

I think once this dog and pony show is over the verdict is going to be predictable. I know that's been said. However since officer chauvin has already been convicted in the court of public opinion the jury will follow suit
Change your font now you goddamn caveman
