I vaguely recall that. Never knew he had anything to do with the Muppets.

Spike Milligan was a very funny guy and I will forever cherish him calling Prince Charles a grovelling bastard live on TV. But if the summary of the episode is right and it actually had him done up in yellow make-up with buck teeth and squinty eyes doing a "awwhh me so chinese me do laundry" routine then they're probably right to not include it. Just occasionally something called racist actually is. My humble opinion only.

It's still there, uncut, just with a disclaimer.

anyone else remember the haunted mansion video game? i still have the GameCube version on disc (but no console to play it...as of this post) I remember that all copies of the game came with a 10$ voucher for the movie it was meant to be a tie in too. Really despite being a Disney game with Disney esq designs on the main character zeke and the villian thorn the game was pure nightmare fuel, on par with the resident evil remake with how freaky and outright terryfing it could get.

So it looks like Disney+ is going to have a continuation and/or reboot series of The Proud Family called "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder"

There's really no better word to describe Disney+ than "excessive". When do we finally get to split up Disney the same way they split up Standard Oil?

Forgive me if I am wrong but isn't this just literally the same family tree as the original series? I guess the point is to show the new "woke" friend then and show this to kids that wouldn't care about the series yet anyway?

This is a necropost but I came across a video that had interesting things to say about Disney and Iger's policy.
Like most of other youtubers who make videos on Disney theme parks, he fawns over Iger and has a very favorable view of him, but his thesis really activates the almonds. He calls Shanghai Disneyland, a theme park all about catering to China, Bob Iger's magnum opus and the culmination of his policy as CEO of Disney. I don't think the youtuber meant it that way, but even the Disney and Iger defenders are acknowledging they're all about the China market now.

I for one can't wait until Disney cast members and Walmart employees become indistinguishable from one another. Will Disney also start mandating pronouns on their name tags?

Don’t give them ideas
