I actually said "What the fuck?" outloud when I saw that last man's oddly shaped boob/nipple. I have never seen something like that before. How the hell does that happen? It looks like he pinched the shit out of his tit and it stayed that way permanently.
It is called tuberous breasts and it is congenital, it is a bit unusual but not terribly uncommon.
What usually happens is that the developing tissue formed a tight ring, so growth was constricted to one direction. The only way to fix it is with surgery.
This ^ the extremely round bulge that our Reddit chum is sporting is kind of like a titty-tissue hernia, with the soft flesh bulging through the constricted tissue. Imagine squeezing a water filled balloon in your fist.
Tuberous breasts do occur in female humans although how common it is doesn’t seem to be particularly well documented. I think it’s also known as (or is often comorbid with?) mammary hypoplasia aka insufficient mammary tissue (but I am not a doctor just an internet ghoul with a special interest in mocking fetishists and bad Trankenstein’s doctors).

It might be caused by a genetic mutation affecting collagen fibres but no one really knows yet:

it’s described as congenital, which means it’s a birth defect but obvs babies don’t have tits, so it appears when they grow (ie, during female puberty or development of gynecomastic tissue in men).
Presumably this chap didn’t have any noticeable signs until he forced his body to grow moobs by abusing hormone treatments designed for menopausal women.

interestingly enough, the same, or a very similar condition has been observed in sows. The recommended treatment on this
website is ‘affected animals should be culled’ so at least he can take some comfort in knowing that things could be worse... he could be a female pig with deformed udders awaiting an inevitable death sentence, whereas as things stand he’s just a man who needs to keep his top on, forever.
