Oh damn, full or mosiac trisomy? I think the only trisomies I've seen come up in Tard Baby have been 21, 18, and 13 because everything else is completely incompatible with life. Though I guess being dead by age 10 counts as incompatible with life
Not sure yet trying to track down episodes. They used to all be on website, but I think with time they have disappeared.

That was a really good series:
Born to be Different

The girl ended up having Trisomy 9.

Found out they did a follow up in 2016 I never knew of gotta track that down now.
Oh that was the name! Yeah I'll chase it down, it was really interesting

I didn't realize they'd ID'd her syndrome, but I guess she's probably the only one that's had it given trisomy 9 is unheard of in the usual trisomies list

Looks like its on All4!
I just checked it and I'm wrong, the trisomy 9 girl died at 19(!!!) Which is honestly midblowing given how sick she was

I've also found it series 9 on Dailymotion for those too lazy to learn how to VPN a UK IP

OOO nice. Seems that both her and the child with tuberous scelerosis were not doign well in final season. The boy with down syndrome dropped out of series after he turned 9 it seems.s

Good lord, Luna’s head looks so misshapen it looks like parts of it are like... sliding out of place. Gross.

I think I was right in my assessment of Atlas for now. He’s just a normal ugly baby. I hope it stays that way.

Her head is massive but her body hasn’t developed at all. Luna is over two years old but has the body of an eight month old.

Rather sure thats failure to thrive due to her mother refusing to use correct feeding formulas for bolus feedings and isntead feeding her bresat milk only and it seems only at normal times (breakfast, lunch dinner)

Found out there is a series 10 as well picking up on them at 20 years old. Two episodes but only on All4.

Ended up being Partial Trisomy 9p. So she had an extra portion of Chromosome 9 in all her cells, but not an entire extra chromosome 9.

Also the woman with this girl had had another child die of it was warned that she had a 50% chance of any child she had after having it and continued to pop out kids. Everyone of her children that is NOT have the disorder is a carrier and has a high chance of their children having it.

Ok so I guess I was right about it not being full blown trisomy like Kayli. Interesting it was genetic in her case, I thought trisomy was usually random or caused by the parents being older. Is it some kind of super rare condition like the Hartley's where they're only one of the only known cases worldwide?

I feel like choosing to carry a pregnancy to term despite knowing the fetus is FUBAR or to keep having kids despite knowing you and your spouse are carriers for some horrible genetic disorder is shitty, but it's not nearly as downright evil as what Robyn did. Ultimately you have no fault in mother nature dealing you a shit hand genetically, but Robyn is 100% at fault for what happened to Luna.

"Since the disorder was originally described in 1973, over 20 cases have been reported in the medical literature." So not many at all.

This is one case where I think it's ok to hope a young child dies. I really hope Luna passes peacefully in her sleep soon because seeing her suffering prolonged like this is horrific :(

I think Robyn is one of the most MOTI-inducing cows to ever have a thread here. Harming a child is completely unforgivable.
