Regarding the elites' confidence in mRNA vaccines I can't help but think of Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos. In the case of Theranos, the device they were working on didn't make practical sense, but you had a variety of old investors and DoD people thinking this was high tech so it magically would just work without questioning much anything.

With the mRNA vaccines, there's a similar absurd confidence due to its high tech aesthetic. Which differs from J&Js vaccine which is more a traditional vaccine, so the elites are more comfortable declaring it to have major problems since it has that old tech aesthetic.
There's also the idea tossed around that the mRNA vaccines decrease virus by 95% versus the trad vax decreasing it by 50% which would just mean lowering the dangers of the virus to being inconsequential, making it seem fairly lame to those imagining they can make the virus go away completely as though the Nu-Flu is polio. It's frightening for the elites to imagine that there is no choice but for the virus to stick around, especially since they bought into the idea that China is hyper-competent about handling itself (otherwise why ship industries there) and they were the ones that told everyone how dangerous the virus was. Since they've been sold on the idea that cases can go to near zero thanks to China's propaganda, all these major countries are searching for their own way to achieve this result. The mRNA vax ends up looking like the main option to making it a reality.
