Phil opened tonight by saying that he didn't get paid today by Twitch as he was hoping.
He really hopes he gets paid by Twitch tomorrow. He really hopes!
So tips would help him the most tonight because he has bills to pay, including his mortgage!
If you are going to contribute tonight, please do it early so it isn't like the last Genshin stream, where nobody contributed until the last minute.

1. Twitch pays on the 15th. That's tomorrow. Phil will get paid tomorrow, he should not have been expecting to get paid today. That's probably a lie to make his situation sound worse, or he is stupid. Note that he rarely mentions when, because of weekends, he gets paid early by Twitch, but when he's getting paid on time, we hear about it right until the night before.
2. It's evening. He will not leave the house tonight. He literally does not need money before tomorrow, when he will get thousands from Twitch. Unless there is something that he dumps money on in the middle of the night, and that most certainly isn't his necessary bills.
3. The mortgage payment is a nice thing to toss in that interferes with his 'I have one big bill/I have two big bills' changing narrative over the last few days. His mortgage is not due before the Twitch payment. He has literally never begged for his mortgage bill to be paid before his Twitch payment. He is now adding random normal monthly expenses to create a sense of urgency, in the middle of a month where he has had a spike in income from his birthday.

Put in some effort, Phil. You have fans who are enthusiasts more for your lies than your terrible gameplay. Like this pointless Genshin stream, doing daily quests for a game you have played twice in the last 30 days.

EDIT: Someone is trying to push him to look into getting a vaccine at stores and told him that Fred Meyer will be vaccinating at the store. Phil says he has no idea what Fred Meyer is doing. So is Kat no longer working there then? Or has he gone back to pretending it isn't public knowledge that she works there.

Anyway, Phil said he would look into this tomorrow morning. Phil Burnell is allegedly going to call and see if he can get a vaccination at stores and pharmacies in his immediate area. I'm pointing this out in case this gets retconned tomorrow and we get more wild vaccine takes as a result.

It's a gacha game, stimulates his gambling addiction.
I think early on, some whales were interested as well.
It's also free, and it's quite clear that he is trying to avoid spending those $5k in monthly business expenses on games. Even if this and CoD can only meet the tips goals with extremely aggressive begging, he still ends up not having to spend money on new games. So all that money can be funneled into "microtransactions"... for the business.

Reminder that Phil dedicated multiple streams to figuring out how to buy and sell stuff to traders in Morrowind.
for the sake of my mental state and being ill assume youre joking because he cant be that DENSE.

edit: Hes that dense, after i remembered that he attempted to eat ramen with a spoon. nevermind.

Phil stated he drives a 'mid-level Toyota'. He said that was all he needs. He said he isn't a car guy and he has never really cared about cars.
One wonders why he even needed a 'mid-level' Toyota when he was going bankrupt.
He said he had BMWs, but that the only notable difference between the BMW and the Toyota is 'the brakes'. But that apparently doesn't matter unless you're 'stopping on a dime', and if you're driving safely, it doesn't come up.

He explains that he got the BMW because he 'had the money to piss away'.
Phil says the real reason he did it was because it had 'fully included maintenance'.
This is not an uncommon deal for a lease, and it is certainly not exclusive to luxury cars. And he neglected to take it for oil changes anyway, so this justifies nothing.
You were chasing car clout, Philip. Howard saw right through you when that thing was parked at the condo.

OiC dropped $25 while 'listening at work' because he saw 'tips are low'. He asks how Kat is doing. Hope you're working hard to support these two parasites, buddy.
Phil then goes onto describing how this is such a 'difficult life transition' for her, working so many consecutive days. But she likes having the two consecutive days off. She just wishes she had something to break up her work week.
Must be a bitch working more than 20 hours in a week. I assume she's helping with the bills now? Nah.
She also does not have to 'constantly deal with criminals now', so that's nice. I guess people were doing heroin in the Wal-Mart parking lot and then going to rob the richer people at Fred Meyer. Kind of makes sense.

He's saying that Kat was in danger working according to her timetable because of shoplifters and criminals roaming around her place of work. Umm, I don't think Seattle is that dangerous right? Unless Kat doesn't use the car to get to her place of work every night, I don't really see how she would have ever been in danger unless so unless she dawdles around the stores like a drunken sad mess drawing attention to herself...

Typical Phil overexaggerating once again.

Just to people understand the situation: OiC is listening (not even watching the gameplay) to Phil ranting on COVID-19 vaccines, burping, snorting, angrily clearing his throat, bitching about how the game is boring and just insulting his viewers when they ask something he doesn't like. Then, phil starts begging for money to pay some bills that only god knows what and the first reaction to OiC is to give him $25.

This guy is clinically insane, period. There is no plan, no end goal, no trolling. It's pure, unadulterated, raw ♿.

A wild recounting of his time at Best Buy again. Phil is sticking hard to the retcon that he told the trash manager that he was trash, which resulted in the manager trying desperately to get rid of him.
Eventually, the manager framed Phil, claiming that he violated the policy for employee discounts, which Phil did not do.

Phil in fact did do this, by his own admission. He used the discount to buy consoles for a tournament.
That violates the policy.
Pretty hard to 'frame' someone for a transgression they actually committed.

Seattle can't seem to make its mind up lately whether it wants to allow certain members of its citizenry to pick and choose which laws they want to follow, if any. It's not Mosul but it's definitely not Mayberry.

Then again, this is coming from Phil, who is about as out of touch with reality as Lucille Bluth, so. Always do your own research.

Shit, he's still playing Genshin? I keep missing the streams, though honestly given what I know of Darksy de Phil maybe that's a good thing.

The newest main story quest just dropped and it isn't hard...if you even have a fucking clue what you're doing both in terms of gameplay and your characters are even half as specced as they should be for a F2P account. Or if you've completed certain tasks beforehand (I.E. you have to clear Razor's story quest because that quest unlocks the weekly wolf boss and they're both involved in the quest).

I would love more information about what characters he's running and if he's even using three star weapons on them or has any clue about good artifact sync. Has he even leveled up their talents because you have the grind the fuck out of domains for the materials for those AND the weekly bosses after talent level 6.

In fact, does anybody have his UID number? I'm assuming he's on the North American server which means with that number I could probably look him up and see for myself how badly he's doing.

One might argue that in order to lose one's life one needs to have one to begin with.
I understand the concept of living vicariously through others but this phenomenon of Phil's fans pay pigs living vicariously through him is not something I care to comprehend or attempt to reason with.

I'd be alright with being an DSP paypig to vicariously live through him if I could do so to the point that I could pilot him like a skin puppet into five o' clock traffic.

By stopping every 5 minutes to read cheers, tips, scold chat for talking amongst themselves during his narcoleptic streams, movie-length pre-streams and constant breaks. I want to see Phil do a "retro" stream where he plays a game like he did when he started out on Youtube. No tip/cheer notifications, no stream chat, just him and the game. Despite not being hand-held and having to spend 30 minutes to discover how to crouch-jump, I suspect he'd probably finish games in like half the time because the majority of his time streaming now is spent on everything but actual gameplay.

Well there would be some interrupting to proclaim how he is a REAL gamer who doesn't do distracting chat or reading out donations or any of that stuff.
