Shit, he's still playing Genshin? I keep missing the streams, though honestly given what I know of Darksy de Phil maybe that's a good thing.

The newest main story quest just dropped and it isn't hard...if you even have a fucking clue what you're doing both in terms of gameplay and your characters are even half as specced as they should be for a F2P account. Or if you've completed certain tasks beforehand (I.E. you have to clear Razor's story quest because that quest unlocks the weekly wolf boss and they're both involved in the quest).

I would love more information about what characters he's running and if he's even using three star weapons on them or has any clue about good artifact sync. Has he even leveled up their talents because you have the grind the fuck out of domains for the materials for those AND the weekly bosses after talent level 6.

In fact, does anybody have his UID number? I'm assuming he's on the North American server which means with that number I could probably look him up and see for myself how badly he's doing.

He's at like AR 20 and in a night stream he only has time to do dailies and a small part of whatever event is going on at the time.
He bitched because the combat was boring but he never uses elemental reactions and spends the entire fight spamming attack with Klee.
It's fucking miserable gameplay.

Let's also not gloss over the fact that he is now having to get carried through a boss fight. And even then he fucks it up because he faces tanks the boss. I am really starting to be convinced by the arguments of this board and his actions that his brain is now mush. Basic pattern recognition is gone. Common sense is gone. Problem solving skills are gone. Phil might be verging on mental retardation at this point. All he has left is reacting to basic stimuli. Someone calls him out on a lie? Fuck you dood/ban. Someone makes slight joke at his expense? Fuck you dood/angry snort. Someone donates a little money? "Thanks Ice1488". Someone gives him a hearty sandwich of money? Clown mode.

We have about 20 minutes left on tonight's stream.
Phil points out that we're at $54 and no tips have come in for the last half hour. We are now tracking tip times and using that to beg when the tips themselves are not actually 'low'. Even if they aren't 'low', they must now be perpetually increasing.
We then got the guilt trip - he told us that if we tipped earlier, it would mean more vest time. But it looks like it isn't going to happen tonight. I believe it was the last Genshin stream where the $40 tip came in for the last 2 minutes.

Also worth noting, a day after saying he was going to do his 'daily' pause to get water, Phil did not do the 'daily' pause to get water. He was at $50 at the half way mark. But I'm sure the 'daily' water break, which seems to correspond with low tips, was just not necessary today for some reason. Probably kicking himself after these tips stalled.

And he only has enough time to do dailies? Yeesh, I can knock out the dailies in the 15 minutes I have between breakfast and having to log into work in the morning. Maybe even a ley line if I get a bunch of short ones.

But Klee...god, she is STRAIGHT AoE DPS with bomb tossing which works great for tearing down defenses like shield mitachurls and ice enemies but since she's a Catalyst user she's imprecise and generally best used as support if she doesn't have paired reaction supports of her own like Lisa (which the game even gives you for FREE but I bet he doesn't use because of her huge tits).

Oh no, which boss is it? I'm assuming not the water boss Oceanid (and not the event version currently available either because that's a different set of mechanics which are, ironically, easier because it isn't simply spamming bullshit adds every minute) because that's the only boss he could even be facing at level 20 that I could understand having difficulty with (seriously, fuck that boss).

But I'm going to guess it's the Ice Flower or the two Monstadt Hypostasis Cubes. All three are hilariously piss-easy (he has KLEE for fuck's sake!) and telegraph attacks like Mario enemies. I'm not surprised he can't even beat the basic bosses.

Which makes me laugh because this means he will NEVER, EVER even beat the prologue chapter of story mode. That would require defeating Stormterror/Dvalin. And that fight is locked into being single-player only due to the way the camera works and the unique arena that forces you to fly around platforms. The first time you fight him, the game even literally hands you GOD as a playable character for the fight as a fifth character...Phil will just die on the starting platform after the first Celelestium Finale Terminum or whatever it's called that causes the platforms to deal continuous damage until you to change platforms with gliding.

Ah, yes, the Genshin gacha system. Might as well explain how that works, because it's pretty simple.

There are three 'banners' at any given time - Event, Weapon, and Standard. Event has a featured 5 star character only available for two-three weeks and boosted chances on getting certain 4-star characters (and also is where new ones are introduced). Weapon is exclusively weapons with boosted chances of getting some of the best gear in the game, similar to the 5-star characters in the Event banner, and obviously no characters. Standard pulls from all in-game 4-star characters and weapons, and a set number of non-event 5-stars.

The game's pity system is as follows:

For every 10 pulls, if the first 9 do not give you a 4 star or better, the 10th pull will give you a 4-star. Pulling a 4-star or better before the 10th pull resets the counter.

For every 75 pulls, if you do not pull a 5-star, the odds of you getting a 5-star increases slightly through to 90 pulls, where the 90th pull will be a 5 star. For Event, this triggers something known as "50/50" because its not garunteed the 5-star will be the featured 5-star character of the event. If it isn't, then the next time a 5-star is rolled, even if it has to be 90 pulls all over again, it will be the event character.

It's probably far more forgiving than WWE Champions and the game likes handing you primogems and wishes often. But it takes careful management and knowledge of what you're doing to get the most out of it.

And in Phil's case it's wasted all the same because he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing.

I guarantee that if Phil had enough brain activity to recognize that Vaccines are in fact the very diseases they're a defense against (since the body learns from the dead disease how it is made and thus can use that knowledge to fight it when live versions are encountered), he'd never go in for a shot ever again.

Just to people understand the situation: OiC is listening (not even watching the gameplay) to Phil ranting on COVID-19 vaccines, burping, snorting, angrily clearing his throat, bitching about how the game is boring and just insulting his viewers when they ask something he doesn't like. Then, phil starts begging for money to pay some bills that only god knows what and the first reaction to OiC is to give him $25.

This guy is clinically insane, period. There is no plan, no end goal, no trolling. It's pure, unadulterated, raw .

The wheelchairs in his chat are basically that one group of wheelchairs that hang out with each other in the high school quad, and phil is their tribal chief. They're all friends but phil still calls them fucking idiots and whatnot in casual conversation. The only reason why the rest of the wheelchairs tolerate him, is because phil is the most vocal and scares away potential bullies. Granted, the whole alpha-tard thing doesn't apply in phil's case, but he's a infamous streamer, and wheelchairs can tell he is one of their own.

I'm sorry, can we set aside a moment to talk about how fucking retarded this specific beg is? I mean, obviously it is, but let's just look into it.
First of all, it completely breaks the reasoning that Phil's viewers donate to him as a reward for a good stream. How would I know I'm going to enjoy the stream before it even fucking starts, Phil? I thought people came to you for gameplay and no other bullshit?
Secondly, it really highlights how much he expects money to be given to him just by existing. He's OWED that $100, and there is NO REASON he shouldn't get it RIGHT NOW.
Thirdly, it also shows his dependency on and his relationship with his whales. If he wasn't messaged prior that a tip is on the way, and he knows he can stall out with a low goal, then he just says "none of that bullshit, give me money when you can."
Fourth, I thought the Vest was just some dumb gag? Why does it matter if we "get to see" it for a greater time or not? And you fucking complain every time you have to wear one so who gives a shit?
And finally, the sheer autism that he can make brazen demands of his viewers and genuinely not understand how that might push people away. I've watched plenty of Twitch streamers that have not only said "don't worry about my money guys" but have also said "Dude, stop donating so much holy shit". But the Autism Vortex has somehow managed to make this complete lack of dignity a normal thing.
