I would like to point out that Phil's glans must be rubbed raw after fucking himself so much. Finding an opening for a vaccine would be much easier if he had a primary care physician, whose office could provide him with resources to locate possible available appointments, if not just providing one for him themselves.
That's probably why Phil doesn't go to a doctor to get a health check up..
Boggles the mind doesn't it? He makes his own hours too, he starts as late as 10:45am (or at least that's when he turns on his garbage pre-prestream music while doing God knows what for the next 20-30 minutes), if he woke up at 8am or even 9am he would've had plenty of time to find where he can get vaccinated and arrange it. However, as we all know he probably wakes up at around 10:40am, rolls his gouty ass outta bed, quicky turns on the prestream then starts doing tasks of Herculean difficulty such as taking his morning piss or buttering his bagel.
