We know why he can't do it: it's because only so much can be done online, and this is a man who does not make phone calls because that is a level of human interaction which he cannot manage. If he can't berate and browbeat someone via email or chat application then he is extremely uncomfortable, and I assure you, anyone with whom he'd be speaking that had the power to disconnect a call or close a help session would have more power than Phil would ever allow another person to have over him.

Ok let's play along with phil and say that scheduling this appointment will prevent him from streaming for an entire day for some reason, we're still only talking about him losing like $100-$150 of income, which whales will make up for during the next stream anyway but let's just say he doesn't ever make up that amount. What does this say about phil? He isn't willing to sacrifice a hundred bucks to do his part in helping to end the pandemic. How does Phil know he needs to sit on the phone for hours when he hasnt even tried yet? This whole vaccine situation is so fucking autistic it hurts.

So he's envious of his viewers that got the vaccine... I'm curious how he envisions that process going for them. They all scheduled their appointments at midnight and went on a Saturday? Most of his viewers have actual workplace obligations (that take them out of the house and put them more at risk than the shut-in). Many of them work 9-5 jobs, one would assume. They have to in order to feed him money to sit on his ass playing games for less than 6 hours each day. How did they all get this vaccine?

They took time off, Phil. They left their workplaces. They booked on their lunch breaks. They forced time into their schedules because it was important to them.
Phil is in a position where he could just say 'Starting an hour late today to get my vaccine! Sign up for yours if you haven't!' He could then shorten the music and prestream and have the same tips goal and nothing would change. For one day. He has done exactly this for full months because of hangovers. He has done exactly this to prepare fucking sugar sauce.

So what exactly is causing this absolute psychosis? Is this sheer schedule autism where he cannot process more changes and adaptations? Does he want a victim narrative this bad and thinks this is some kind of angle? Is he scared of the vaccine and this is performance art to overcompensate? He asked why people kept bringing it up on the night stream and then gin tweets about it into the night, so he's to a point where he doesn't want to address it in person, but wants to have a breakdown on Twitter. This one is getting bizarre even by his standards.

I think it's just good ol' toxicity. Everyone but himself is an idiot in Phil's world. Every perceived inconvenience is a threat to him caused by others' incompetency.
Also, his sheer stupidity is causing him issues when dealing with the outside world. It's everyone else's fault for making things difficult for him. This is a running theme with his playthroughs, it applies to the real world too.
