Gun jams are intense situations. No training can keep you calm during that
rote muscle memory will. hes using lots of fine motor skills trying to clear his gun. if its like the cops here, qualification is 3 shots in 12 seconds in various stances, and then very little to no range time. put 3-400 rounds down range and you'll get a few misfires, double feeds etc.

what range time they get is strict, no reloading, no unholstering, guns on the table after shooting. there was talk about moving to dynamic ranges and more gun time but the board didnt think it was necessary. most of our ranges are indoor and have the same rules as the cop ranges.

there are some dynamic ranges and shooting schools in the sticks but seems like the cops i see there are either military vets, idpa hobbiests, staties and guys working in the shittiest districts. all in all over 8 or 9 serious cops, 20 or so cops learning the ins and outs of gunfighting out of the hundreds in various pds.

there are women and girls that outshoot newbie cops in the simmunition house fights. meaning the 18 year olds getting the jump on cops. those are fun times.

i read about a hobbiest shooter winning 1st place in an idpa-like tournament hosted by shooting school that invited cops from tri state. it was a fun event but the guy who ran the shooting school wanted to use it as an advertisement that his school trained citizens better than police. it worked too.

That's another retarded take.
"Black people shouldn't be arrested if they have a warrant! That's racist! Just let them go!"
It doesn't help when you have an actual Congresswoman saying that police shouldn't exist.

Let's be real, when they have to put out this statement first you know the cops fucked up.
From a Chicago Tribune Article.
Some details of what the video might show were part of that court hearing.
About 2:30 a.m. March 29, Roman and Toledo were walking together on South Sawyer Avenue toward 24th Street, prosecutors said. They can be distinguished in camera footage by their clothing: a gold jacket on Roman and a white hat on Toledo.

As they walked toward the corner, a vehicle drove by, and Roman walked up and got into a “shooting stance,” Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy said in court.

Toledo, at first, backed away, the prosecutor said. But as Roman began firing, the teen walked up closer until he was just an arm’s length away from the shooter, according to Murphy.

Roman got off seven or eight shots, and the two quickly fled, Murphy said, Roman taking the lead and Toledo right behind.

A city ShotSpotter device detected the shots, which brought two uniformed Chicago police officers in a marked squad car to the scene in less than a minute. Roman and Toledo cut through an alley together, and police gave chase on foot, Murphy said.

Both of the officers’ body-worn cameras were recording, and one officer tackled Roman as Toledo kept running, the prosecutor said.

Toledo kept running as an officer ordered him to stop, then paused near a break in a wooden fence, Murphy said, and the officer then ordered Toledo to show his hands.

The officer told Toledo “drop it, drop it,” as Toledo turned toward the officer with a gun in his right hand, Murphy said.

The officer fired one shot, hitting Toledo in the chest. The gun he was holding landed a few feet away and was recovered, Murphy said.

Unless the actual video heavily contradicts this, I don't see how the cops weren't justified.

I'll wait for the video because the police statements never seem to match them.

The LAPD opened fire on some guy sitting in his car at a McDonalds parking lot last month.

Their 1st statement they claimed the car reversed at there officer
Their 2nd statement they claim that the car drove forward at the officer
Their 3rd statement, seems to acknowledge the driver went out of his way to drive around the officer but claims the driver pointed his arm at the officer like he was holding a gun

It was just an increasing amount of nonsense to try to justify and obviously unjust shooting.

The body camera footage in fact shows the guy slowly drive around the officer who then opens fire on the side of the car.

The guy wasn't hit and escaped

"If he was white they would of [INSERT RETARDED REASONING]."

Tired of getting black pilled from these stupid fucking self hating wiggers and niglets! I feel like making my own mustard gas and throwing it into a crowd of rioters (IN MINCRAFT) and watching them bleed from every orifice.

I find myself recently thinking that "racism" in America would be solved by simply educating black kids from a young age to just fucking listen.

The rest of use don't need to learn about our inherent bias or colonial mentality. Deshawn and Shaneequa need to just learn to do as they are told.

Good luck with that, considering what the average black IQ is and their documented deficits in critical thinking and delayed gratification.

That would be "victim blaming."

The two biggest issues with Black America right now are (1) black men don't raise their kids and (2) black kids believe being educated is a negative. A close third is Tall Poppy Syndrome, a.k.a. any black person that DOES get out and go to school and try to be successful is shunned for "thinking they're better than everyone."

I know the recent housing purchases of the BLM leader have shed light on it, but how many black millionaires (hell black middle class) live in primarily black neighborhoods? Damn near none. And then the media will say it's just because black people don't have any chance for success when the real reason is that black neighorhoods are dangerous as fuck.

So wait they have the two kids actively shooting/at someone as well?

Before the cops show up and the one gets tackled (with a gun?) and the other turns towards the cops with a gun and got shot. And they have the gun he pointed at them to prove he had it with fingerprints and stuff.

It's gotten to the point that you can recognize these people, like wheelchair douchebag. They've been at it every day for the last year and will probably still be at it for the next year and the year after that.
Most of these recurring characters in Antifa and BLM riots are people that have no real responsibilities. They're either bored college students who's parents fund their entire existence or drug addicted anarchists, it's like their hobby to go out and riot. If you had a full time job or were a responsible parent you wouldn't have time to riot.

I think it's worse than that. Being full time "activists" IS their job. It's how they make their living.

People are throwing money at BLM causes these days. Just open a Go Fund Me and instant five figures.
