More information in on this:

You do not ask the ages of your partners when engaging in this stuff with them and have not asked the person in question.

F-List is an 18+ website, if you reveal your age as under that, you get reported and banned.

As such, there is little point to asking age for prospective partners since no underageb& in their right mind would tell the truth.

This was on World of Warcraft, just so you know. Not F-List.

I managed to find their F-List from their World of Warcraft exploits. We're from the same server, so I know a lot of the things they have done (in a medium where it is -not- okay). I have many friends.

Not going to jail when something complicated happens. If you piss someone off it's going to look like shit when they're like yes I told him every time I am 13 wearing my mom's shitty granny panties, he seemed to cheer me on.

"I thought it was a joke when he said he was young." ---The first thing everyone says after taking a seat

You run the same risk when going into bars or clubs with under 18's using fake IDs, and I don't see that stopping people. Unless you live your entire life as an isolated NEET barely interacting with the world around you, you're going to run the risk of being held accountable for your actions. It's part of being an adult.

In addition, I would like to point out that electronic statutory rape through text has no precedent in the courtroom, if you were to be tried, you would be the first.

... So, you're defending this behavior? In short, "Officer, I was so horny I didn't take two minutes out of my day to ask if someone was eighteen or not on the internets before I linked them to an fetish community."

Correct?

Also, thanks to your edit. Isn't it a crime to contribute to the degeneracy of a minor? AKA, sort of groom them toward your sexual interests?

Please do not accuse me of positions I have not taken. Everyone must decide how much of the law they choose to follow and the risks they run as a result, you and I have as much sway over this as the wind that cuts through the trees.

"Don't point all of this out and let me do it because there's little chance of me getting caught."

No your bar isn't a place where adults pretend to be kids and smear crap all over each other. At the bar I don't ask a girl how old she is and think it's a joke when she tells me 10. "Part of being an adult" get the fuck out of here with that shit. Part of being an adult is thinking ahead.

It's weird that you know that but I'm pretty sure there is taking liberties or indecent communication with a minor. I'm pretty sure that I've seen people getting charged when I read about teacher sex scandals.

You're talking out your ass. Please note that it won't be long before the kiwi legal team comes in here and conclusively calls you out for making shit up.

So I take it you have no counter-argument?
Glad we could come to an understanding then.
you proved nothing and barely even took a position to speak of. Why so smug? You even made flimsy lies.

Valiant unzips pants and softly begins the mating call of an petite asian woman being butchered with a primitive slab of metal. Her pants reveal cute frilly pink underwear which have Grimace from MacDonald-Town striking a sexy post with sans-serif text that reads: "Pls don't take my McNuggets too hard."

And yet there are numerous cases of adults being tried for statutory rape because they got drunk and picked up a 16 year old from the bar, infinitely more than your prospective F-List trials that have not come to pass yet.

It's weird that you know that

It's weird to do a five second Google search now? Heavens above.

indecent communication with a minor

The Internet has given rise to three fede
ral statutes designed to protect minors
from sexual material posted on it. The
Communications Decency Act of 1996 makes
it a crime knowingly to use a telecommunica
tions device (telephone, fax, or e-mail)
to make an obscene or indecent communica
tion to a minor, or knowingly to use an
interactive computer service to transmit an obscene communication to anyone or an
indecent communication to a minor. The Supreme Court, however, held the
inclusion of “indecent” communications in
this statute unconstitutional.

Hey excuse me, I'm trying to ERP here.

Valiant begins to rub her helmet with artificial maple syrup as her three space boobs fall out of her suitcase, "That's for later."
