Like we're gonna bother even looking. We;re having a gay internet argument over nothing. over if you should ask someone how old they really are just to protect yourself slightly.

Like why the fuck wouldn't you. I at least ask how old a woman is before I fuck her. Sure I could still get in trouble but I'm sure that it will come into play if it's easy to see that I was tricked. I'd rather make a deal for a misdemeanor and not having to register than getting a felony and a spot on santa's list.

I've yet to read much of this thread; but what I understand is that some guy thinks 10 year olds go to the bar and pick up guys saying they're 21?

I would like to point out that not knowing a child's age when you fuck them is still considered statutory rape. In many jurisdictions it's still Statutory Rape even if they told you a different age.

Writing dirty letters is actually illegal too. It's considered indecent materials. It's under the same laws as giving porn to kids. There is a reason why porn sites want you to be over 18; they can get in trouble if you aren't.... technically. It's super hard to prove of course.

Is this what I was summoned for? Or is there more information requested?

I don't know which community you come from but when you're about to write something dirty you always ask someone's age. On F-list you give a benefit of the doubt for being an 18+ webstie but you should always investigate as every 14 year old feels like "they're mature enough" for this type of shit.

When I was 12 I went to an adult chat site, I felt like I was mature enough to handle it, but you know what: I wasn't. I was singled out quickly as being underage and I had to confirm with admins that I was 18+ - which I never did because I had creepers clambering over me about my hot feet.

I think that was possibly the worst thing I have ever done in my childhood, I lost a lot of my innocence that day that I never knew I had.

Also, you didn't address my question, so I'll repeat it. What is the point to asking someone's age on F-List when you'd just get lied at?

In addition, I'd like to point out that asking for personal information is against the global rules of F-List in the first place because it's not a site for solicitation. You're not supposed to give away real details of your life in the first place.
