I think it might have to do with Twitch banning any "Partners" from streaming/simulcasting elsewhere.
My guess is Twitch just flat out says no to you simulcasting in any form, so if your collab partner/s don't have a Twitch account, they just don't get to stream their viewpoint.
Tenshi had a MH:Rise collab with Pikamee recently, and she streamed her side just fine.

Is this really the reason? Didn't kizuna AI, siro and higuchi kaede collab with Vshojo and there doesn't seem to be a problem in kizuna ai, siro, kaede streaming it at the same time in YT.
