Police always makes reports.

This just isn't true.

Police avoid doing reports as much as possible and only do them when policy dictates it- which is not all the time (otherwise that's all they would do). There are lots of calls that do not rise to the burden of requiring actual paperwork- including 'check on the welfare' calls that go nowhere, which is presumably what this was. Now, these should certainly generate a dispatch call (which is sometimes turned into a 'police blotter' or activity\incident log) but it might not make it into the sort of records that get released.

Where did you hear this? Not that I don't believe you. At first it seemed odd to me that a woman who looks, acts, and smells? like Rachel would have the chutzpah to hit on a moderately attractive and very popular internet celebrity,.. but in retrospect she comes across as very confident in a lot of her tweets. She doesn't even seem to realize she's fat because she never addresses it even though it's probably responsible for the majority of her ailments. I wonder if she's one of those people who projects an image of self-love when deep down they hate themselves.

There are quadriplegics in iron lungs who have more lust for life and a higher daily activity level than Warthog. The difference is their attitude - They don't spend their time tagging a nearly dead internet celebrity or whining about all of the things they can't do because putting on their shoes takes too much effort. There's actually a man who's been stuck in an iron lung for 60 years who got a lawyer degree and wrote a book with a pen in his mouth. Men like this deserve all of the respect and praise they can get. I know I certainly wouldn't be as functional as him if I were in his condition, So to hear Warthog complain that lifting her big toe is causing her body to collapse with fatigue for a week seems a bit like she's goldbricking. Her very first priority in life should be pain management and finding a way to budget her finances so she's not complaining about empty cupboards in the middle of the month.
