This just came to mind, but there is a way of proving OIC is SH or OIC is Jeff or if they're all different. There is that AI analysis tool that was used on Phil that had a 99.5% match on how he talks on discord and how he talks in stream chat. There is more than enough data, I presume, from stream chats of OIC and Jeff to match them together. To match SH, he has like 50 twitter accounts that all have writing of some sort that I believe you can find and match. (I can't find his twitter right now, twitter over capacity today blah blah)

I have a strong feeling that OIC is Planetjeff. I think PlanetJeff got doxxed (?) and then mysteriously vanished. Short time later OIC showed up on the scene started throwing similar amounts money at Phil. Phil has had suspiciously similar sperg outs defending them too. IIRC PlanetJeff's wife died and he got a bunch of life insurance money began throwing it at Phil. Not 100% sure about that my memory isn't the greatest.

If anything, OIC is most likely PlanetJeff, not SH. I still don’t believe he’s either but what we know matches PJ’s behavior way more than SH’s who is a spectacular failure of a cow himself.
OIC claims that he works with computers. PJ is an engineer for a city locality.
OIC claims that he had to go work on the field when he’s sometimes due for work. PJ is a field engineer (had to do with water or sewers from what I remember).
OIC claims that he works overnight sometimes. PJ is a field engineer with an irregular schedule that pays as a full-time salary but may not have a 9-5 structure.
OIC claims that he watches Phil at work. PJ confirmed he often watched Phil while at work as well.
OIC seems to genuinely care about this whole “trolls vs. Phil” narrative. PJ was actively sending provocative messages towards people hating on Phil which provoked sweet, deranged Nigel to dox him.
OIC goes to extreme lengths to hide his identity, using multiple aliases and constantly trying to flummox people about who he is by adopting various personas and hobbies. PJ disappeared off the internet once Nigel doxed him and if he is indeed OIC, he is acting in accord with someone careful enough to not reveal any personal information about themselves... as if they were doxed before and are desperate to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
All conjectures but all these coincidences and little nuggets of information willingly given by OIC seem to confirm that he’s PJ. Someone who’s supported Phil for years, even after being chased off the internet in fear of losing their job, wouldn’t simply relinquish their clout within the ‘Tism Vortex that easily. The emotional and financial attachment that comes with wasting this kind of money on a complete stranger you have no relationship with actually ends up becoming a complex psychological and neurotic relationship with often one-sided expectations from either party.
All of Phil’s whales (besides Tut and E7) have never been rich and donating that amount of money stops becoming the act of supporting someone but moreso morph into some sort of sick, emotional investment. One with a sunk cost fallacy that would be incredibly difficult to walk away from.

That's really how this always starts, doesn't it? Phil pretends to be a confused, hapless grandpa (when it's really just apathy as usual) and people feel bad for him and throw him a bone. You won't be able to access the tool that was used for TheyCallMeDSP, because as far as I know it was developed by a kiwifarmer that is no longer active. @That Hedonist Nerd is the one who developed "Coeus", however similar software can probably be found elsewhere.
I do not recommend relying on stylometry over internet talk because it can give you false positives, this is just my opinion you can do whatever you want.
I also was able to get a copy of the logs of user "planetjeff2", but it was discontinued at some point, if you want more accurate ones I suppose @Third_World_Detractor has them.

I don't think they are the same person, a few things don't line up.
1) The leaked DM's where OIC claims he's trying to buy modship to infiltrate Phil's inner circle. Unless this was a big brained 4D chess move to mess with who someone who he suspected to be a detractor.
2) OIC's chat messages sometimes read like sneak disses. He's clearly involved in the 'ironic' side of Phil's fandom.
3) Letting the vest streak die.
PJ strikes me as a true believer.

It seems like both OIC and superhound were contacting prominent detractors via dms somewhat frequently.
If someone is close to a lot of the people they contacted it might be helpful to compile the dms and compare what they talked about.
If they're actually the same person there's a possibility they could have sent similar messages that could connect them, if they contacted different people about the same dox targets at the same time or if they inadvertently dropped some information on both accounts around the same time that only he would know.

He doesn't even have a twitter account that we know of, and absent a few comments about being sad about Phil's apparent failing finances which to me at least read like blatant sarcasm he hardly ever says anything of note.
