He was referring specifically to a 15yo black kid getting life in jail for practicing wrestling moves and accidently killing the other kid when he said that. "If you think a 15yo should be able to get life in jail, then maybe they should know enough to not be pissed on" is the exact quote.
What's interesting is that he had in the past shown an interest in "MILF" porn stars.
