You guys have way, way, way too much faith in the jurors and some of you are honestly acting a little delusional imo. The way so many of you honestly think Chavin will get acquitted or a magical mistrial will happen is really confusing. It's basically a pipe dream that he gets anything less than guilty.

Go outside and talk to anyone, anyone who is following the trial. (People who use KiwiFarms don't count.) They are all on the state's side. They don't give a fuck about the toxicology, or the blood O2, or the danger Floyd presented. All they care about is the video and NINE MINUTES. Chances are the jury is the same, I mean, have you seen the profiles of them? The one mixed lady who specifically wanted to be on for this trial? Truth is that the majority of people are stupid and "Floyd died cause knee neck nine minutes" plus a video is more convincing to them than any amount of evidence the defense could put forward. Chauvin's either getting 2 or all 3 of the charges.
One thing is irrefutable. After this trial, Minneapolis WILL BURN to a crisp. You thought the city was crippled last year with "defund the police," that was just a taste of what would happen when BLM demands get their way. Food deserts, lack of proper policing, crime spikes, suburban flight; all of that WILL happen to Minneapolis in due time.

That jury will have targets on their backs for a while. Chauvin and his defense will be public enemy #1. Guilty or not guilty, this verdict will have rippling effects on our justice system for a while. This is history of the making.

If you own a business in Minneapolis, LEAVE. It is NOT worth it. Police morale will decrease as well. Who would want police a city that raked them to the coals? And they're not even DONE yet. That female cop that shot that 20-year-old nearby, who knows how THAT's going to turn out.

George Floyd was using fentanyl for years, so fentanyl could not have killed him on that day. His body could handle it. George Floyd's heart was huge for years, so his huge heart couldn't have given out on that day. His heart could handle it.

Chauvin has been restraining niggers for years using that exact technique, but on that day he should have known it would have killed this unkillable nigger with a space marine's constitution and a bionic heart?

Don't waste my time.

This guy sounds like a bumbling idiot. He's saying stupid shit that makes no sense. A badge to kill? A bouquet of humanity? Shut the fuck up. He also definitely lied about what the ME said was the definition of homicide in an autopsy.

Oh, the bystanders should have taken the law into their own hand?? Wouldn't that be like, against the law? Is this dude related to Maxine Waters?

Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want you to consider. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a dot. This dot represents a day in the life of George Floyd. But only one of those dots corresponds when George Floyd lived on May 26th, 2020. Now think about it; that does not make sense!
Why would a dot, an tiny blue dot, want to represent May 26th 2020, in a bubble with a bunch of non-May 26th 2020 dots? That does not make sense! But more important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a corporate defense lawyer prosecuting pro bono for the city of Minneapolis, and I'm talkin' about dots! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, does it make sense? No! Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense!

If the dot is blue, you must convict! The prosecution rests.

Okay so now he is saying Floyd thought he could get shot to death. And he was scared.

A good piece of evidence to show Chauvin was not using unlawful and hostile force.
You insane negroid.

"That's what fear and worry look like"
Holy shit could you be any more blatantly emotional you fucking retard
I THINK he's trying to claim that Floyd's fear caused his excited delirium. But he also said earlier that Floyd didn't have excited delirium because he claimed he could feel pain and grimmiced.

I am DESPERATELY trying to look at this impartially and failing hard.

This right here is something they want people to forget. This guy is trying as hard as he can to argue people back to Chauvin being an unhinged psychopath.
