Ideally a good jury would go through the testimony and talk about it and not just come to an agreement on Guilty or Not Guilty. Only if the evidence is so overwhelming that it would be pointless.

Strong possibility on this jury 9 minutes, momma, and I can't breathe are gonna be the most repeated phrases

The jury has already been discussing for too long for them to be anywhere close to consensus. It’s gonna be a comfy one :)
Some juries try to milk out lunch or dinner from the government.
imagine in the jury room, half of them are screaming guilty at the other half screaming not-guilty. it's probably as much of a shitshow in there as if they had dropped 6 /pol/ users in a pit containing 6 reddit users.
This is better:

11 people are looking at a single man at their table. It's near the end of the day and they have still yet to reach a consensus. A vote is taken again, same outcome.

No consensus. A lone objector.

A few men and women throw up thier hand. Others try to persuade the man of their conclusion, no response. A knock on the door breaks the tension. A bailieff walks in to tell them the day is concluded.

As the sun is setting we see a unmarked white van drop the same 12 people off at a hotel. They file out are are handed a bag with their orders from the local greasy spoon.

Inside the small and dimly lit room, the air still heavy with the scent of a burger and fries the lone objector sits in front of a mirror all comfy. He closes the blinds and walks to the mirror. He begins to disrobe, off comes his jacket and his shirt.

He then stares at himself in the mirror and smiles. What is this reflection causing such satisfaction?

You can't respectfully disagree with me if you're intellectually dishonest.
You all are MATI.JPG because you are trying to unironically say he's gonna get acquitted.

You people who are expecting Jurors to give anything but 2nd to 3rd degree murder is as delusional (in the name of @Hollywood Hulk Hogan) as the Trumptards who thought the Supreme Court was gonna look into the election cases and the specific violations done by multiple states.
Probably but this time it only takes 1, not a majority

I stand by my vote of not guilty enough.

Even if he was found guilty of 2nd degree murder it still wouldn't be enough for the baying mob until Chauvin was drawn and quartered in George Floyd square.

Yeah. Guarantee there are at least 2-3 absolute screeching banshees in there right now ready to verbally harass anyone who disagrees. Seen this shit too many times and nobody is willing to speak against them.
"He's guilty! I can't afford to have rioters burn my house and assault my family!"

"Lol, I don't live in the city and I'll be long gone before they find out who I am. Burn bitch!"

Can't vote for something that is not on the official polling ballot anymore.
