In my experience, lots of people "support" sex work but have no idea what that actually entails. They think it's just women who love sex or choose to do sex work out of choice instead of desperation, force, or drugs. Onlyfans has only made this belief worse, because now people consider some middle/high class E-thot taking half assed softcore porn photos in same field as women who are forced to fuck literal strangers against their will and/or for survival.

Being a tranny prostitute is dire and also the demographic that makes up almost the entirety of the tranny murders they whine about. Trans prostitute have the highest HIV infection rate out of any other demographic and that rate is exploding. Not to mention antibiotic resistant strains of syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia spreading through the men who have sex with men demographic. Trans prostitutes clients are closeted men as well who are known to forego condoms. Trans prostitutes are also homeless youth, at times underage, and have substance abuse.
Trannies don’t care about this reality of prostitutes that belong to their in group. In fact older trannies who “mentor” trans youth push those young men into prostitution and porn. Psychos, the lot of them.

This research article covers a lot on the link between prostitution, PTSD, and violence. There's also a damning chart from it.
This study literally talked to prostitutes around the world so drop this next time you hear "listen to sex workers!!1!1!" Some TRAs have issue with the researcher (Farley) because they say she's biased and came to her conclusions before conducting research. I don't really believe it but I'm mentioning it to be a bit impartial.
It's also known that there's a connection between decriminalized prostitution and human trafficking. It's basic economics: if there's no punishment for buying sex, more men are gonna buy sex, and the demand is going to exceed the current supply. So you have to increase your supply. It's hard to convince women who are not in a bad position to become whores, so pimps just kidnapped women from poorer areas.
The study’s findings include:
- Countries with legalized prostitution are associated with higher human trafficking inflows than countries where prostitution is prohibited. The scale effect of legalizing prostitution, i.e. expansion of the market, outweighs the substitution effect, where legal sex workers are favored over illegal workers. On average, countries with legalized prostitution report a greater incidence of human trafficking inflows.
- The effect of legal prostitution on human trafficking inflows is stronger in high-income countries than middle-income countries. Because trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation requires that clients in a potential destination country have sufficient purchasing power, domestic supply acts as a constraint.
- Criminalization of prostitution in Sweden resulted in the shrinking of the prostitution market and the decline of human trafficking inflows. Cross-country comparisons of Sweden with Denmark (where prostitution is decriminalized) and Germany (expanded legalization of prostitution) are consistent with the quantitative analysis, showing that trafficking inflows decreased with criminalization and increased with legalization.
- The type of legalization of prostitution does not matter — it only matters whether prostitution is legal or not. Whether third-party involvement (persons who facilitate the prostitution businesses, i.e, “pimps”) is allowed or not does not have an effect on human trafficking inflows into a country. Legalization of prostitution itself is more important in explaining human trafficking than the type of legalization.
- Democracies have a higher probability of increased human-trafficking inflows than non-democratic countries. There is a 13.4% higher probability of receiving higher inflows in a democratic country than otherwise.
Prostitution is strictly detrimental to all women, including those that aren't prostitutes, because it only takes a job loss or a medical bill to push you to put yourself out there. I personally don't give a shit about women who say that being a sex worker helped them and "empowered" them because for each one of those there's tens of thousands of women and children who don't benefit from prostitution. They're the exception, and I'd gladly put them out of work if it meant saving women and children in need.

The conclusion against legalization had nothing to do in the end with morality of prostitution and everything to do with the sheer impossibility of managing to ensure that those going into sex work had not, well, been trafficked or otherwise manipulated. This actually was a major factor in causing the end of tacitly-permitted prostitution in the US, and you also will hear occasionally of sex workers at the legal brothels in Nevada having the paperwork they'd need to GTFO withheld.
Interestingly, the people who are most against having trafficked sex workers are their fellow sex workers--the ones who got into it voluntarily. The rest are kind of...wiffy. Like, if you really want to support sex workers, shouldn't you be making a point of helping customers find people with whom it really is a consensual exchange? And then there's the ones who completely deny that trafficking exists.
That said? I'm still kind of amazed Kev can actually manage to pay somebody enough to try anything sexual with the amhole...

Everyone is going ew and all I can think is this anatomically makes no sense.
