Plus, even if you do reopen after getting lifted and burned, your insurance premiums will skyrocket. Fun fact, property insurance rsres are cold hard analytics and they will make it unaffordable to insure a business in a shithole neighborhood. It's already happened to about 30% of businesses destroyed in the 2020 riots. Even then, insurance doesn't pay for everything.....
