Social Justice Warriors - Now With Less Feminism Sperging

Give it another year or two and they'll be saying speaking English is a sign of white supremacy and needs to be erased from history.
But speaking another language is cultural appropriation. And in case you think silence is the answer: silence means you are complicit in Fascism.

Yeah, no. They didn't live during slavery so why should I care? I am not giving my hard earned money to some drug-addicted Crip because of something ebil whyte people did.

Society has become horribly desensitized to police killings of Black men.

One of the first times I wrote about the police killing of an unarmed Black man was when Michael Brown was gunned down in the summer of 2014 in Ferguson, Mo. Brown was a Black teenager accused of an infraction in a convenience store just before his life was taken. Last summer, six years on, I wrote about George Floyd, a large Black man accused of an infraction in a convenience store, this time in Minneapolis.

Both men were killed in the street in broad daylight. Brown was shot. An officer knelt on Floyd’s neck. In both cases there were multiple community witnesses to the killings. In both cases there was a massive outcry. In both cases the men were accused of contributing to, or causing, their own deaths, in part because they had illegal drugs in their systems.

Between those two killings there have been a depressing number of others. In January of 2015, The Washington Post began maintaining a database of all known fatal shootings by the police in America. Every year, the police shot and killed roughly 1,000 people. But, as The Post points out, Black Americans are killed at a much higher rate than white Americans, and the data revealed that unarmed Black people account for about 40 percent of the unarmed Americans killed by the police, despite making up only about 13 percent of the American population.

Something is horrifyingly wrong. And yet, the killings keep happening. Brown and Floyd are not even the bookends. There were many before them, and there will be many after.

These killings often happen during the day and in public, not under the cover of night, tucked away in some back wood. And they are often caught on video. Tamir Rice was killed during the day. There was video. Walter Scott was killed during the day. There was video. Eric Garner was killed during the day. There was video.

Now there is another: Daunte Wright, shot and killed during the day in Brooklyn Center, Minn., not far from where Floyd was killed. There is video.

Very little has changed. The aftermath of these killings has become a pattern, a ritual, that produces its own normalizing and desensitizing effects. We can now anticipate the explosions of rage as well and the relative intransigence of the political system in response.

That is not to say that absolutely nothing has changed, but rather that the changes amount to tinkering, when in fact our whole system of policing must be re-evaluated and fundamentally altered.

That examination, oddly enough, starts with gun control. The police justify their militarization and armed-and-ready positioning, by correctly observing that they can be outgunned by a public with such easy access to guns, including military-style guns.

But once they are armed and anxious, they can be that way in all cases: against an armed suspect as well as one who is unarmed. To all interactions, they can bring personal biases, some of which they don’t even know they possess. And, in the blink of an eye, something tragic can be done, something that can’t be undone.

In addition, municipalities can deploy officers as a malicious arm of urban planning as well as a profit-generating enterprise. Police officers in gentrifying neighborhoods can make new arrivals feel safe by controlling and correcting existing residents. They can also be used to generate funds from fines to keep budgets in balance. All of this increases tense contacts between officers and citizens, so that even though only a tiny fraction lead to deaths, that fraction can still feel overwhelming.

It is all so perverse. And too often it is Black people, particularly Black men, who bear the brunt when all this pressure culminates in a killing.

So, it becomes hard to write about this in a newspaper because it is no longer new. The news of these killings is not that they are interruptions of the norm, but a manifestation of the norm.

There is no new angle. There is no new hot take. There is very little new to be revealed. These killings are not continuing to happen due to a lack of exposure, but in spite of it. Our systems of law enforcement, criminal justice and communal consciousness have adjusted themselves to a banal barbarism.

This has produced in me and many others an inextinguishable rage, a calcification of contempt. As for me, I no longer even attempt to manage or direct my rage. I simply sit with it, face it like an adversary staring across a campfire, waiting to see how I am moved to act, but not proscribing that action and definitely not allowing society’s idea of decorum to proscribe it.

A society that treats this much Black death at the hands of the state as collateral damage in a just war on crime has no decorum to project. That society is savage.

I am also no longer interested in talking about Black pain and Black trauma. (I am becoming ever more convinced that there is a prurient interest in gawking at Black suffering rather than a genuine desire to remedy it.) I now focus on my rage.

I’m sure that pain and trauma are present in me, but I’m choosing to subjugate their import. Rage has ascended to my position of primacy. America scoffed and was unmoved when, for years, we spoke out of our pain. So be it. Now, rage is the only language I have left.

Good thing I already practised my "sterile speech" by playing Half Life 2. Instead of saying "Suspect shot" just say "Verdict administered". My favourite quote: "Citizen notice: Failure to cooperate will result in permanent off-world relocation."

Love it when retards use their platform to tell you how much of a seething bitch they are. Either do some Minecraft PvP with gun and knife mods or join the force and revolutionize the way police handles criminals. If you can't or won't do that, kindly shut the fuck up and seethe in silence like the rest of us.

Shoot the Other Node in the Head - How autistic do you have to be to think this is literally violence?

Yeah that one was pretty horrifying. I mean ok, I get 'don't use it because it's violent', but writing
"This acronym's letters stand for an extremely graphic and violent act."

as if the person reading your guide on how not to be a shitlord can't even cope with having it spelled out there. I mean why not just go the whole hog and write 'sl*ve' instead of slave, in case someone reads the word 'slave' and gets generational trauma.

What kind of unemployable worthless excuse for a human being can't cope with having an acronym as inoffensive as 'shoot the other node in the head' spelled out in a guide that's supposed to be fucking telling you why things are offensive so you shouldn't use them?

Also you can kind of read into those definitions and say 'ok, they're saying don't use anything with the word 'white', 'black', 'female', 'male', etc. because those are offensive, but some of those are begging for a clarification

"build cop, build sheriffDon't use"

Is this because the degenerate who wrote this shit thinks ACAB? Or is it because Google's black slaves, I mean employees, could be triggered by references to the police?

Also

"Instead of using fat in a negative sense, such as trim the fat, refer in a more concrete manner to the removal of unused items."

That's not negative. Just because we are revolted at fat people, doesn't mean 'trim the fat' is negative. 'Trim the fat' is what you do to meat. It's a big jump from 'she is a disgusting fat bitch cuz she drinks 10 liters of soda a day' to deciding that the term 'trimming the fat off a brisket' is negative. Fat doesn't necessarily even make you fat, that's pretty much done by beetus juice & laziness.

Also how the fuck is 'fat client' pejorative? A 'fat client' is way smarter than a 'thin client'.

There is simply no way a business could function with those language rules enforced. These are knowledge workers, not manual laborers. Their mental energy is why they’re there. This list, composed by some HR kween, would freeze work in its tracks. Nobody could think or move, they’d be utterly confounded, trying to adhere to this.
Any field involving formal writing has a fairly extensive collection of conventions and quite often, a lengthy style manual. If you're going to write in that environment, you always have to follow these rules. My problem isn't with having rules, but that these particular rules are moronic.

And who doesn't know not to use ethnic slurs in a business environment? Would anyone who didn't know this qualify to work at Google anyway?

This does actually give a good idea, though. If you want to release something open source and don't want cunts like Google using it, just put "Gypsy" in the name somewhere and make it part of the license that you can do anything else that is normal with an open source license, but the name still has to have "Gypsy" in it somewhere.
"Instead of using fat in a negative sense, such as trim the fat, refer in a more concrete manner to the removal of unused items."
My general rule with euphemistic bullshit like this is if it adds letters or syllables, fuck off. Trim the fat says exactly what it means, and if fat fucks are bothered by it, fuck them. They should trim their own fat. This is why people hate fat fucks.

I was thinking that this extended to business communication. Like, everyday emails, even.

If it’s just for formal documentation, let productive people write whatever they want, and then have some technical writers scrub it. Gives the latter something to do, without holding up the former from their real jobs.

You may be right. Too many of the woke see the oppressed as a permanent welfare/victim society, who only exists to make the woke white feel good about themselves. It's Dalrymple taken to its logical conclusion.
To them the goods in the world exist independently of human systems, they don't consider that the pie will shrink in their attempt to divvy it up more "justly". Or worse, they believe wealth is relative, that you'll be just as happy living in a commie bloc as long as everyone you can see is living at the same level of squalor.

I archived it because I don’t know where else to put this.
The thing about reparations is that the rich white people pushing it won't feel the the horror that it will inflict upon normal white folks. They'll arrange for the middle and lower class to get irrevocably fucked in the ass and beggared to make reparations happen, while ensuring they never have to fucking face or suffer ANY of the collateral damage that the policies of reparations inflicts upon the country. And they'll justify it with a straight fucking face the way that we saw on Watchmen 2019, where they painted a post-reparations world as a utopia with cops brutalizing and mocking those who get fucked over by reparations right down to having their kids being told it's OK to beat up other kids who's lives were ruined by said policies and who will be forever branded "racist" for calling out the damage said policies have caused their communities.

Journalists are going to deserve what they get.
Ironically what they deserve goes beyond what the Joker prescribed.

Cannibal Holocaust style impalement for the female journalists and Dalton Trumbo style disfigurement and maiming for the male journalists.

Make the fuckers fear the fate worse than death.

Absolutely. It's the same thing regarding celebrities and other rich people who push for things like giving illegals amnesty, for increased immigration, for diversity programs and affirmative action. It's really easy to push for these things when you're some skinny good looking 23 year old popstar that advocates for affirmative action in schools. It's easy to talk about open borders and diversity when you live in a 95% white gated community full of lawyers and doctors and CEO's where one of the only minorities you ever deal with is the guy working the gate. It's easy not to worry about the future of the country when you're childless, or have your kid(s) go to an expensive private school whose demographics mirror that of your gated community. It's easy to do all of these things when you're sitting on the top deck of the Titanic with your back turned to the iceberg. And when you do hear the big crunch of steel on ice, you'll be right there to be the first one on a lifeboat while everyone else climbs over one another just hoping not to drown.

I've noticed a lot of black celebrities, activists, and politicians frequently say there's still work that needs to be done, but they never clarify what that is. What else is there to do? Blacks can do all the same things that whites can. White people aren't trying to oppress or persecute them anymore. Sure there small fringes of white people who are unironically white supremacists, but they're strictly a fringe. Most of what is claimed to be racism turns out to be inconveniences that everyone experiences or things that individual blacks don't like but they turn it into a race issue. The racism accusation is very arbitrary nowadays.

So what else exactly needs to be done until we know for sure that racism is conquered? Hell if I know because it seems that pesky racism conveniently pops up almost anywhere!
If blacks are under-represented in any prestigious field relative to their population then there must still be racism unaccounted for. It's like dark matter.
