He's not being prosecuted because he's white, you absolute schizo, the trial would've never fucking happened had he not been caught on tape suffocating a man to death with his knee. Chauvin didn't give someone a fucking parking ticket and then suddenly get taken to trial, he decided to use lethal force kneel for almost 10 minutes on a handcuffed man's neck and refused to give him CPR, something that several cops brought on to testify wasn't proper procedure.

Every post here ignoring the knee on the neck is so facetious, Christ almighty. All you and everyone else ignoring that are doing is kidding yourselves because you don't want to say the quiet part out loud:

"The nigger deserved it."

>The laws Floyd broke don't matter, the drugs in Floyds system don't matter,
Correct, because Floyd is dead and not on trial. The cop who killed him is.

The only thing Chauvin's skin tone affects is the fact that you're defending him. You're defending Chauvin because he's white.

Chauvin being convicted means that cops aren't above the law and treating the job like it's a rodeo has consequences. Breaking procedure in a deadly way has consequences, who knew? If you can't fucking do your job enforcing the law while following the fucking law, what place do you have enforcing it?

In the same way a doctor or nurse can't mutilate or kill an injured, subdued suspect on purpose, the cops shouldn't have the ability either. Cops aren't above the law.
You're a moron if you think this standard will be applied to anyone with a white skin tone. The only reason Chauvin is being so severely punished is because Floyd was black. There's no other reason and everyone knows it.

It was a predictable outcome but I wanted a mistrial for maximum stupidity.

Wasn't expecting 2 super murder charges, and rimanded to custody immediately. Color me surprised. Too bad it's extremely appealable though.

Anyways, LET THE SUMMER OF LOVE 2 COMMENCE!

He knows in a year time he'll be sipping a beer at the beach, as now Chuck, formerly Derek
This but unironically. There are cases from way back when where you could note how calm a supposedly guilty defendant was, who later seemed to disappear or stopped being talked about, and the running theory is they were sent into WPP while the court saved face with the public, guilty or not.
