I just want to say everyone posting "OH THESE FACTS ARE SO CONVINCING HE'S SURE TO GET OFF" is a fucking idiot and how you manage to even function day to day is a mystery.

Whites are political dissidents by default. You have less rights than anyone else in the country. I'm sure you have the nebulous idea of a "righteous struggle" in your head, but the reality is you're going to spend your whole life getting shit on and everything will be an uphill battle.

You want to change that? Start disobeying your masters. Learn from the winners.

all of this reminds me of

You don’t understand how this sort of stuff works. The jury found he had crossed the thresholds of all three charges to be guilty, that he was acting with culpable negligence, with reckless disregard, was assaulting Floyd at a certain point, and with a depraved mind/no concern for others. Being found guilty of first and second degree murder when both are charged isn’t unusual. Learn more law newfag and get the fuck back to /pol/
The jury didn't find shit, they were told they either call him guilty or the country burns.

I don’t understand how he was found guilty of “unintentional murder” in the second degree when that particular statute requires that the death occurred while the perpetrator was commuting a felony or while the perpetrator was restrained by an order of protection and the victim was a person designated to receive protection under this order.

what felony was Derek committing when he killed Floyd or what protection order was there?? I’m clearly missing something.

-edit- I’ve been informed it is the felony assault from being on his neck for 9+ minutes. It was deemed excessive and outside the protection his badge could provide.

This is exactly the kind of attitude that's got us into this shit. "We can't fight back, it would be unconstitutional!" Boo hoo, the constitution is dead and you're under siege this very second. You can either take the high road or you can fight back. If at least one state doesn't secede after this it'll be the ten trillionth nail in the coffin of this hellhole of a country.
Give it ten years at this rate. Maybe even five, this shit's going to be over.
Man I'm just worried about if there's still gonna be riots where I live

One step closer to utopia. And people say statements like that are doomposting.

why does something tell me he'll get epstein'd in prison
He won't. If he doesn't get protective custudy/23 hours a day SHU, someone will kill him and brag about in the yard or to the press.
I still don't see the mob being appeased by this decision, shit's going to still pop off in cities as blacks are now gonna be emboldened to criminality.

Justice is well and truly dead and the rat bastard mayor, DA, and governor get to laugh at the mayhem as the MPD are now thrown to the dogs.

Since justice is dead, there is no longer moral impetus to feel obliged to follow the law. Niggers and other 3rd worlders won't understand this.

The election and now this, with more likely to come.
How long before things reach the level of Boondock Saints, Cristchurch, or OKC?
Rioting will be a main stay in America now just like in every third world shithole. Even the slightest force used on a nigger will be considered WACIST OPPWESSING US IN SHEEEEEEEEEIIIIT. Cops now are going to be leaving the force at an alarming rate because they can be roped into shit like this no matter what the situation is. But don't worry, they'll just create a new law enforcement agency for their cities but it will exclusively target dissenters and let actual criminals leave.
Hasn't that been a thing since 2014?

I can't even begin to imagine how low police morale is across the country right now. I predict an astonishing number of early retirements and resignations plaguing police departments throughout the US over the next few months.

Fuck them.

Reminder that if Chauvin was called to arrest someone for, say, "hate speech", last May, he would joyously do so with a big smile on his face. Cops are just the foot-soldiers of the local government, which itself is the footsoldier for the ruling elite.

Didn't you spend the early pages of this thread getting trashed by people with actual law experience?

Every cop that's near retirement needs to GTFO. I don't care, let it all burn, let the nigs go wilding, I just don't care anymore. There is no justice, everything from sports to elections is rigged, and nigs will forever get away with everything. Let the age of the negro commence, the sooner that happens the sooner hopefully lessons will be learned. lol. oh yeah and it was a nigger that shot three people outside of Kenosha over an argument, (that they'll chalk up to a domestic incident, so as not to be a "mass shooting") At least last night the ferals tagged and bagged a breeding age female in MKE, hope they keep that trend up.
lol u mad
