No, just perspective here. Both can claim self defense in that situation and probably be in the right. Good Samaritan actions can be very broadly defined.
No they can't. If someone does nothing wrong and you assault them then you assaulted an innocent person. No amount of thinking you're in the right gives you justification to do whatever you want you stupid faggot.

They said on CourtTV earlier that the Judge said he will be releasing the jurors' names eventually. Given that, absolutely no rational person would ever vote not guilty on anything. Voting not guilty is a vote to permanently fuck up your own life.
Is it legal to reveal the names of everyone that was in the trial? That sounds like a fucked up rule because of the risk of everyone getting fucked up by their own people. No wonder they voted the police officer guilty to save their own asses, I don't blame them. It's a lose-lose situation of both of them.

The DA of Minnesota just said that what happened today was not “Justice” because “justice involves restoration.” The conviction of Chauvin is “accountability” but only a small step toward justice.”

I hope our beloved kiwis of color are ready to rake in the reparations $$ :story:
Lmao the jury should have also resurrected Floyd and given him a bag of Fentanyl and a Cadillac.

>mobs get a man wrongfully convicted for doing his job
>ITS FINE ITLL NEVER HAPPEN TO YOU STOP WORRYING
Yeah I'm sure that's what Chauvin though. I'm sure that's what Rittenhouse will be thinking when he gets convicted of murder.

But hey it could never happen to you right lol?
i can do my job without killing anyone

it's pretty easy, I've been managing it for over 20 years

take a break you're a bit mad
I've found that the internet is overly-forgiving toward those who would riot in response to a verdict yet overtly scornful toward those who would grumble. There are valid reasons to be angry or annoyed over the outcome of this case. Mass police resignation, officers taking full advantage of their lack of obligation to protect anyone (both of which I now presume to be likely) and a glowing precedence for jury intimidation does not benefit anyone other than criminals.

Jury duty is public record. You are being held to account in front of a jury of your peers.

Some people just don't want to process what exactly this entails due to just how fucking awful it is, others are idiotic enough to be happy about the outcome. One thing's for sure though, regardless of how many people recognize the enormity of this verdict, this is a landmark precedent for the justice system in this country and if you don't pass the paper bag test, it's time to leave as soon as possible.

I'm thinking Alaska. Still in the U.S. but far away from all this clown shit.

How does sentencing work when all 3 are guilty for the same victim?
If the crimes are for the same or substantially similar act, the sentences will usually be served concurrently, meaning he'd only be in jail for until he served the length of the most severe charge.

The alternative would consecutive sentencing where the sentences stack, but it won't be consecutive; it will be concurrent.
