Hit reply when it was different to my view than it was on the site because of an edit. Fugg
Then he would have made the edit before you pointed it out, lmao.
It would've been as he was typing it. Meaning he didn't proofread his post (like I did) in his hurry to try and get a shitty gotcha.

Not any better by a longshot. Learn to (proof)read.

I truly don't understand how anyone could have put their money on any other outcome. There's never been this much jury intimidation on a case in human history. What, you thought they were going to weigh the facts and vote accordingly?
There were also the people that felt that they were going to convict even before the games. Someone even said a short delibiration means everyone was either agreed going in or someone could be easily convinced.

Put it way earlier in the thread (I think). There is a bong series called "The Trial: A Murder in the Family". Mock trial, actors playing witnesses, real lawyers, real police, real jury selection etc. Allowed them to put cameras in the jury room and see how they went about it.

If you want confirmation as to how ass juries can be, and how some of them bring up shit completely unrelated, or project personal issues onto the defendant (noticeably the women, which there were a lot of in this trial), find and give it a watch.

I'm just still taking in the fact that they pinned murder on him still, actually. I don't know the legal requirements and definitions of the charges so I might be spouting autism but I thought murder required having clear murderous intent, which is the only reason why we have murder and manslaughter instead of a single "you killed your fellow man" charge. I knew manslaughter would stick because of the fact Chauvin comes off as extremely negligent just sitting on Floyd while the Ebony Saint Of Overdose had a medical emergency, and Fee Fees demand blood tax, but if the murder v manslaughter is all motive (again, i might be autistic) then I think there's reasonable doubt that Chauvin would be aware that Fenty was croaking under his knee instead of flailing against the restraints that cops were taught to use which is average behavior for a criminal.

I'm disappointed, but relieved. Another summer of riot coverage would have driven me up the fucking wall tbh. Another summer of finger-wagging white liberals telling me we need to "DeCoLoNiZe ThE jUsTiCe SyStEm" or whatever? No thanks. Another fucking YEAR of tech giants signalling their virtues by using their powers to clamp down on dissent? No fucking way.

This was not the trial outcome we wanted but it will at least make the leftist NPCs more bearable, at least for a while. And since a majority of my friends and family are leftist NPCs who I cannot afford to estange myself from, I for one will try to be grateful for that.

(Okay, the above is kinda cope on my part, but at least it's true.)

why, my sneedus weedus of course :)

it's my weeeeeedus sneedus! hahah :)

ITT: Derek Chauvins verdict - my answer, of course, my sneedus weedus :D

Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.

George Floyd was killed by his dealer, not Derek Chauvin. He had severe atherosclerosis, arterial blockages, and an enlarged heart, possibly worsened by COVID-19, which he tested positive for (yes, COVID-19 can cause persistent heart injury). He took a pill that he probably thought was codeine or something relatively harmless, but turned out to be fent and meth in one.

Over 10 ng/ml of fentanyl on its own is not usually lethal in a healthy person. In someone that fundamentally compromised from a cardiovascular standpoint, in combination with methamphetamine, it is lethal.

The knee-on-neck hold that Derek Chauvin used, while bad from an optics perspective, is a Krav Maga technique that Israelis use and teach to American police departments.

Not guilty.

CHUCK MY LIFE INTO PIECES

I heard that in my head in Jacoby’s voice.

We were not strong enough, Nelson-sama. We have failed.

Credit is where credit is due, if this was any other case of police misconduct, he would have gotten a slam dunk against the prosecution but alas, Chauvin was America's sacrificial lamb. He still gave a strong defense despite the odds being stacked against him.
TBH, he did very well conducting the defence. Just happened to be the case with the most politicisation in several years.

Common decency would be a natural deterrent in a reasonable world, but we're talking about whether or not some of the most useless people on the planet will or will not, at the behest of their masters, go absolute chimpanzee just for the sake of it. The outcome has always been set in stone. What America needs to do is to mold society in such a way that the usual suspects have no choice but to get their shit together if they want to be able to afford to live. The band-aid needs to be ripped off. The powers that be will never allow it to happen, though. Authoritarianism will increase all over the world in the near future. I don't like doompills and such, but it's pretty easy to see the logical conclusions of what the current trend of society is heading towards. There's always hope though, and who knows, maybe what is happening needs to happen. A forest fire is both inevitable and necessary every once in a while. It sucks for those who have to live through it, of course, and I don't expect nor wish for them to take too kindly to the process.

I mean, sorry to barge into a thread about the trial of Derek Chauvin and unleash my inner Guy Fawkes-mask anon sperg, but it is what it is.
So reverse every single policy made by the FDR, LBJ and Woodrow Wilson administrations.

We need another Calvin Coolidge to really burn the while federal government down.

Yeah, the quote feature just makes a textbox, it'd be whatever was in the box when he made the post regardless of edits. Like this
I suck cocks

I've always felt this way. I never understood why so many normies prop up juries as some lynch pin of justice. I mean would you trust a random person with your bank account, your house keys, your child, or anything else important? Then why the fuck would you trust them to be able to judge you?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4W1ZN-6Io8 This whole thing feels staged and now Biden swoops in.

The niggers and tech firms are still going to shove the DeCoLoNiZe ThE jUsTiCe SyStEm shit down your throat. It's going to be even worse than before, because they now think they are in the right
