What I see is an international class of elitist financiers that are currently trying to trample individual rights and private ownership/business so that they can institute an economic reset where no one owns anything and they are entirely pacified at the whim of a world corporate-government. This sounds silly, but there isn't really a reason to think so, especially as economies are globalized, tribal/national identities are erased, and wages across the world are beginning to equalize. If you had the power these people did, and were also intelligent and intuitive as they tend to be to get to where they are, you would also think of similar plans and how you could use your power to exercise control. I probably would.
