Also if he did declare a mistrial, the prosecution would outright judge-shop for a judge who would ban 99.9% of the defense's case as is the case in most retrials of this kind. IE once the prosecution finds out the case the defense has to shut down the prosecution's lies, they move heaven and earth to ban the defense from being able to mention anything that would counter the prosecution's side of the story in the retrial.

Im considered white and not by choice. Im actually Indian African who was raised to be white by my adopted fathers family. Mostly my uncle.

While my survival depends on whitey overcoming all challengers the people I hate the most on an individual level are white.

I'm glad that you are enjoying this. I was expecting chauvin to catch the manslaughter charge or murder in the third if he was running bad, but guilty on all charges is a bit much. The real problem though is how much this trial and everything around it just stinks. The trial never should have been held in minneapolis, the jury should have been sequestered, crowds shouldn't have been allowed to gather outside the courthouse etc.. If the trial wasn't the high profile case it was I think chauvin would have walked (don't think it would have gone to trial), the chances are that if they just left floyd on the side of road and drove off he would have died in exactly the same amount of time as he did anyway.

For me, call me old fashioned in this regard I believe you have to cause the injury that results in death to be guilty of homicide. I'm aware that negligence in executing duty of care is enough if they are in your custody, but was george flloyd ever in the MN polices custody? It appears to me he just OD'd on the side of the road. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the biggest fan of American policing by and large, but I don't think they killed George Floyd.

I have a feeling that there are all the grounds for appeal in the world for Chauvin and none of which will end up bearing fruit. I feel that way because I get a strange sense of deja vu from about 6 months ago. Bunny Tracks was right, this is the election thread all over again, where 50% of posters are going to be disgusted and or surprised with whats transpired ,40% are going to berate the 50% for not being sufficiently black pilled and 10% are going to act like what has just happened is completely normal.

Biden's holding on to power by a thread; he cheated to win in 2020 and the only reason he's not going balls deep to intact the anti-life agenda of the elites is that the January 6 siege put just enough fear in the elites to make them slow down their shit (see Biden refusing to dismantle Trump's immigration policies), combined with the COVID psy-op backfiring as it only tanked the economy in BLUE states due to the red states refusing to burn their states to the ground to get Trump out of office.
