This is certainly an aspect where I think he fucked up, but that's not even what the prosecution argued for manslaughter. They were unironically of the belief that Chauvin's magic knee broke Floyd's heart and it's insanity. Even more insane is the murder charge because I don't know how in any way this could be construed as a malicious or intentional act.

Anybody saying any one verdict was ABSOLUTELY, DEFINITELY CONFIRMED OR ELSE YOU'RE RETARDED/CUCK/RACIST/ETC. is an imbecile. Purely from the trial every outcome- mistrial included- was very much possible, and even likely. Guilty for all, guilty for one or two, full acquittal, hung jury/mistrial, were all reasonable conclusions that an honest, intelligent jury could understandably come to from the evidence provided. People saying the jury would both think chauvin was innocent AND convict anyway, guaranteed, were dumb, and people thinking anything else was guaranteed was dumb.

It was a real trial and the appeals will be equally real, it's possible outside pressure put their thumb on the scale enough to cause the not guilty or give a mistrial, but anyone saying 101%%%%%%% anything is fucking stupid. and anyone whose enjoyment or care is outcome dependent, is equally dumb

(r)ED(d)IT: and I'd say that with thinking one outcome above the others. I think most reasonable people can look at the trial, and everything around the trial, and draw their own conclusions and still be able to reasonably see other conclusions people could draw, and understand how/why they got there.

Whites are salty and coping because a crooked cop got sacrificed to stabilize society. If Chauvin showed even just a slight bit of concern or compassion this entire situation would have been avoided. At the end of the day the majority of the country wins. Many cops hate Chauvin because of his handling of the situation during already rocky cop vs. civilian relations. If Chauvin was a black cop people would be just as pissed. Throughout this entire debacle the average opinion on Chauvin was not that he was racist but was a dirty cop with a checkered past who lacked any empathy during the arrest of Floyd.

From the first time I saw the video I thought that this boiled down to Chauvin's ego in the eyes of the crowd. The more they taunted him the firmer his knee was planted. The use of force trainer witness said that they teach officers to exude confidence when confronted by crowds.

If I was on the jury I would have been willing to debate manslaughter but everything else would have been a hard no.

Justine Damond, a white woman dressed in PJs, was shot by a somali cop after she called for help. Noor, the cop who shot her, was convicted of third degree murder and has a pending appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court in which his conviction is likely to be overturned. This will just be more fuel for a Chauvin appeal.

It is obvious to me that Minnesota has a problem with the way it trains its officers. It is too bad that Chauvin, failing appeals, will have to spend the rest of his life in prison because of it.

I have to reconcile the idea that I, my kids, and all YTs are the new niggers. We now get fewer services, are held to a higher legal standard and will be ruined if we declare any pride for our culture or demand equality under the law.

Don't let them take your guns, fam. Guns are all we have to protect us when the lynch mob comes calling. The law won't do fuck all to protect you.

I certainly disagree with the bolded part, I just meant more in regards to @ThatOneLurker and @Niggernerd. Things seemed pretty chill here all day even after the verdict, and now we're at birth rates, alleged gf titties and egregious misuse of the word 'cuck'. :story:

While I was taking a shower, I thought the guy is lucky he took the option to have the Judge do sentencing. With this inept Jury they would had 100% threw whatever max at him. With this Judge from what I seen would be fair in the sentencing.
