Serious Question:

Clearly a left hand. Now let's look at the left hand posted ITT:

Even from this oblique angle we can clearly see that the nailbeds are not the same shape and that the longthumb is not visible nor evident in the selfie shot.
Furthermore, the skin tone of the hands are different:

The left is from the purported selfie, taken from a well lit part of the index finger. The right is from the crab claw, also taken from a well-lit area of the index finger.

Many inconsistencies. Thus I deem the selfie DM'd to you empirically fake and gay.
