To the cock-gobbling cunt weasels that bullied our little Chibi off the Twitter, fuck you! What are we gonna have to feel good about ourselves now? Fuck's sake, gotta go a whole day or so without my fix.

Utterly ridiculous.

Well
A) There's an entire farmground here. Not saying what those idiots did is smart, though.
B) There's still much fun to be had even post-Chibi Shutdown arc. His Discord mods are a can of worms to be opened, especially that one dude that seems deadass obsessed with him.
Fear not, sir. This is not over. Not like a couple of shit-for-brains twitter twats can ruin the whole pasture anyway.

I have no idea how Chibi was allowed on that course in the first place
I looked into Fullsail University and it seems like they're your average diploma mill. I doubt they have very high standards basically being a glorified online college. Even their wiki page states they are a for profit organization.

More interesting was this tidbit I found
Full Sail has a 55% overall graduation rate and a 12.7% student loan default rate,[77] higher than the national student loan default rate of 11.3%,[78] but lower than the average of all proprietary institutions, and lower than the average of both less than two years and two to three years public and private institutions
Looks like they take a lot of guys like Chibi in and offer them false hopes of becoming a video game dev. No doubt they're just taking Chibi for a ride for his money. If I were to offer Adam any advice is to quit while you're ahead because the writing is on the wall.

There's only two notable alumni who went to this school and they are Mohammad Alavi who worked on Modern Warfare 2 and Michael Hicks who made a game called The Path of Motus.

Then shortly after saying he will leave all social media (including discord) for 24 hours he posts this.

Now I just hope that some of his classmates are going to google his name, find this thread and spill the beans. But only after telling him to be quiet

Yeah, I am familiar with them from screening resumes. They are essentially one of the more "reputable" I guess of the "for profit" schools. Still, that's not saying much as they are still a "for profit" school which means they accept almost 100% of applicants as long as they can get a gov loan to pay their absorbent prices for online classes. I would never recommend someone choose one of these schools to learn tech stuff as similar classes (with only slightly less handholding) are available for a fraction of the price at other places. Sure, in the end you won't have a "degree" like a bachelors from these other places, but you still get certificates and in the tech industry (unless you're going for a gov job) they really care less and less about a formal degree every year that passes. If you can show you have certs and the actual skills you can definitely get hired at even most high end tech jobs.
In regards to the whole, "My class outed me on Discord" thing. I wonder if he was dumb enough, or maybe even on purpose to show his C list eceleb fame, used his main Discord acct to join the class server (especially if it's an informal one as I suspect). All his classmates would have to do then, once they noticed what a sperg he is, is check out his profile with a link to his twitch. All down hill from there.

Well let's be fair guys, hows my man supposed to simp if he doesn't have any social media. He planted alot of seeds on that twitter account. Some are bound to sprout...right guys?
Yea, all he's gotta do is be gone for a couple of days then he'll come back to tons of messages from hot women wondering where he's gone and just begging for the D.

Chibi had me really scared there for a minute. I thought he was finally gonna wake up to his crushing reality and I was gonna lose my second-favorite lolcow. But nope, he’s just using his account deletion threats (as well as the trial) to gain attention and sympathy. Never change, Chibi, never change.

One day has passed since the"reality check" and he is back with same old shit. I guess he only removed twitter so people don't throw it in his face that he is cheating and incapable of doing anything himself and that makes him feel bad so now without it he can cheat without anyone giving him those bad emotions he is feeling.

"the comments sort of tell me what to do but I don't how to write the code"
He really is hopeless.

Kind of a weird question, but do people who pursue comp sci/coding/game design/etc. degrees generally have some background in it? Whether it be just as a hobby or even some dabbling in a professional setting. How many people actually go into a program completely blind?

I ask because when I went into an ag program at a four year university, nearly all of the students had a background in it and it was pretty much assumed, even in 100 level classes, that you knew the basics. Is it like that with comp sci?

I guess it would depend, but if chibi is going to a school specifically geared toward a certain work field, I would assume that your entry classes would baby you through the basics like how to use the programs and basic math equations etc. I know nothing about this field, but from what everyone on this thread is saying, the work chibi has everyone doing for him is as basic as it gets, and if he cant understand that, he's pretty much fucked

My best friend of almost 16 years....When we were in Middle school together at the age of 15, he was showing me how he made an amateur platformer with some pretty cool ideas on top of it including running off walls, ceilings, power-ups that made you pull up precise movements and a boss with a health bar.

At the age of 16 he also made a turn based RPG using characters from some great fighting games as the heroes. He perfected the art of LoZ-type games and as a young guy this blew my mind because all of this was on the old-ass Game Maker program.

Moral of the story: Chibi you disappoint me. You're less intelligent than a middle-school student that drinks Capri Sun and watches nothing but anime. Study and do your own homework you fuckin ween.

In my personal experience, the answer is generally yes. Most of those people have taken some sort of comp sci/programming class in high school. There are some people who go into it blind and the courses are supposed to be designed with those people who know absolutely nothing in mind; however the courses tend to move very fast and those people are just playing catch up with the others. I personally haven't met a lot of people who went in completely blind, but I can tell they really buckle down and apply themselves.

From what I see with Chibi, the expectations from his courses are starting to ramp up fast. He could barely create a tip calculator before (and still can't) and now he's expected to start doing more complicated stuff.

I will laugh my ass off, if his discord simps are gonna program an entire game for him as his graduation project. That's implying he is gonna last that long.

What's the point of him even finishing the class? I'd say it's pretty clear he has no interest in pursuing programming.
chibi is incapable of making his own decisions and can only follow the path that his mother/the internet sets out for him. some quora thread told him to get a game design degree and now he’s stuck in it.
