Friends of Greer have said that users on that site have contacted them.
What friends? Hookers arent friends or ig girls who like a comment.
That boy needs help.
Yeah I was wondering the same thing. His argument seems to be I will not be addressing anything Skordas said. Instead I will be telling you that random people are sending me messages on Instagram and someone sent me a bag of dirt therefore you must shut down the kiwi farms. They must be coming from the Kiwi Farms despite the fact that I am well known across the internet as the guy who sued Taylor Swift. Also some people with threads on the farms killed themselves. At least one of them didn't know he had a thread but the Kiwi Farms killed them.
edit: I like how he tries to link the farms to an attempted school shooter because the couch cuck had an account here. That's like trying to blame Facebook for the FedEx shooter because he posted there an hour before the shooting. This whole response reeks of desperation. What is an oral argument gonna prove?
As annoying as rackets can be, I'm looking forward to whenever he does a livestream breakdown of this. I could only get through a little bit before my brain hurt

I think he's desperate to get this thread shut down and he doesn't have a legal leg to stand on. So he's trying to appeal to emotion with all the suicide and harassment talk. Despite the fact he can't link any of it to the farms. He's hoping the judge will see it and say fuck the law fuck precedent fuck the evidence it is hereby illegal to discuss what Russ does publicly. Mr Greer please pick up your record deal and Grammy on the way out.
People like him are such a pain in the ass when you're trying to hire someone for a position and one of these imbeciles strolls (or limps or wheels) in to the interview with a chip on the shoulder so big they can barely fit through the front door. You just instantly know they're going to pitch a fit if they don't get the job. Yes, their discrimination claims are without merit (they can be answered with "you aren't qualified for the position" or "you weren't the best candidate available for the position"), but it still means lawyering up and dealing with it.
This is more common than you might think. Civil litigation is expensive and intimidating if you want it done right (i.e. you hire a lawyer) and extraordinarily difficult to do successfully if you go pro se (i.e. you can't afford a lawyer). People and companies use this fact, along with general ignorance about how civil suits work and the simple fear factor of actually being sued to scare people into compliance and settlement.
They really do expect you to buckle the moment the process server knocks on your door and hands you a thick envelope. They figure most people will do practically anything to just make it go away. Sad thing is they're generally right. It's a (slightly) more expensive bluff than just threatening to sue, but usually they get what they want for just a few thousand dollars.
I was sued once by a shitty company over a review I wrote about their shitty scam. They threatened to sue, I said "lol do it faggot," and they did. They flexed and pushed hard to get me to settle then and there, but I refused and said "nah, I'll see you court." I couldn't afford a lawyer, so I replied to the complaint myself. Raised several issues -- jurisdiction, anti-SLAPP, truth as defense -- provided arguments in defense, and listed what I intended to seek from the company through discovery. A week later the court wrote back and said "sounds good, hearing scheduled."
Those fuckers were back on the phone with me so fast, begging to settle before that hearing. They offered to pay all legal fees, dismiss all their claims with prejudice and retract what they'd said about me publicly. Fighting them sounded fun, but I settled just to be done with it. Didn't have to pay a dime. It turns out they really didn't want me going through their books and attendance records and realized it would be less damaging to leave the review online than letting the details of their scam become a matter of public record.
Dirtbags who pull this shit are rarely prepared for you to call their bluff. They don't really spend much effort planning (or making) a real case, and most people don't realize that the "opening volley" of a lawsuit is still often a bluff and that offering even just a little token resistance is often enough to make it go away.
Of course in Russ' case, he's 100% sure he's argued an open-and-shut case at the first filing and his victory is a foregone conclusion; it's just a matter of formality and courtesy to let the court go through the motions (heh) and award him his hard-earned bounty. Without exception, he's fallen apart completely the moment the court throws it back at him because of some defect or the defense actually shows up, ready to fight.
His pattern recognition process is just weird. He's obviously capable of recognizing patterns -- he learned early on that he can use his disability to manipulate people and avoid punishments, for instance -- but for whatever reason he seems to be completely blind to the pattern of failure in every case he's ever filed. These are potentially very expensive failures, so it's a real wonder he keeps the blinders on like this.
I have been sued enough times by lolcows to know how to respond properly to their suits even if I can't land a lawyer in that jurisdiction thankfully. So I admit that it colors my viewpoint on the whole "I'm gonna sue you!" Threat. I just laugh now. But my lolcow did expect that I would roll over on my Co conspirators. That mindset with these pathetic idiots is consistent. Luckily I'm stubborn enough to not give in and instead now have a small handful of professionally written MTDs to draw upon for these situations.
But I agree Russ really thinks the threat will work. Thankfully he's a lolcow filling pro se so that automatically puts him stumbling from the block. He will never be able to get a real lawyer to file for him because of that one nagging problem - that he HAS NO CASE. The day a real lawyer files a case for him is the day you actually have to take him seriously. I know Null hired Skordas for a variety of reasons that are all valid, but personally I would have enjoyed a suit from him because of all the FUN that could be packed into the MTD. But I'm a bit crazy like that and YMMV and getting a lawyer is always the best course of action in the end.
Ah yes, my favourite legal tactic; admitting something is irrelevant but keeping it in anyway just the reader doesn't leave with the impression that the judges did not in fact like his audition.
This presumption is established because it happens continuously and the harassing mentions things only those connected to Kiwi Farms would know about
All our info comes from things he posts publicly and the examples of harassment he gave are about him being short and a stalker, both of which he denied being true anyway.
It’s a never-ending pattern that he’s had to ensure
.....
Did he just...
Did he just admit...
I mean, I know it's a typo but in a legal document did he really just right that he ensures his own loop of harassment?
Ah so it's OUR fault his bio sister won't bang contact him now.
By way of professional and friendly advice, Greer suggests that if Moon wants to change his life for the better, Moon should issue a public apology for the harm he had caused so many people and then delete his site. But Moon won’t do that.

LOL see the Mitt Romney letter. Oh, Mittens, mittens, mittens...
I know that an intern probably wrote that, but the grammar and misspells sent my sides into orbit. Russell Greer is a manlet/incel/dipshit/pipsqueak.
I will return to my reading and laughing.
Slammed in the Butt by Greg Skordas, Esq.
Pounded in the butt by My Plights
Sucked off by My Handsome Restraining Order
Railed Aggressively by Exhibits A Through Z
Ghosted by My Handsome Male Escort
What's he gonna do when Skordas kindly drops the screenshots of Russel saying that he might be a rapist? Or the one where it should be illegal for girls to say no to him?
Also: Memba when butternut said in court that he tries to be a "shock jock" and be funneh? Maybe your harassing follower is also a shock jock. Hell, it just might be Andy Kaufman hisself coming out of "hiding!"
"No matter how much Moon reminds his users not to contact Greer, they still do."
This quote is definitely making its way into the reply brief. By Greer's own admission, Null is actively discouraging his harassment. 90% of his exhibits are irrelevant now. The MVP of Josh's legal defense team is Russ himself.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find most of these exhibits a wee tad sus? Like, if Greg Skordas, the legal Chad, were to say a version of “Metadata or GTFO” Russell would be screwed? Or if anyone googled who wrote these articles and such. “David Burnett of NBCUniversal” seems nonexistent online and there is no contact info (phone, email); Clement Eli Gooseman has a youtube channel so sparse it makes Misty Henry’s media empire look like Chrissy Teigen’s. Or if any (all) his + reviews are fiverr subcontractors?
It's weird, is it not, that people have "sent" him dirt by mail both times he's being "harrassed" by someone.
From his court filing:
From Ole' Swifty:
If one were the suspicious type, one would wonder why two seperate people who are harrassing him would decide to send him the same thing. They could, in fact, put forward the idea that if they were intent on harrassing one Russell Greer, they would send something far more threatening than a bag of dirt. It would be easy to come to the conclusion that Russell is sending himself small bags of dirt with the intent of framing the Kiwi Farms and their Dear Leader.
If one were the suspicious type, of course.
Desmond Amofah killed himself. Although there are many articles on his death, they don’t specifically mention Kiwi Farms, however, KF did have a thread about him. In total, four people have died at the hands of Kiwi Farms.
Russell has a very childlike view of how things work. He thinks, if he's just given the chance to give his big movie-hero speech, the judge will be swayed, the villainous Kiwis will give up, the people will love him, and women will flock to him like geese. He just needs that one chance to explain his side (hence the "oral argument requested.") His narc brain genuinely doesn't get why people actually listen to his arguments, read his written words, and still find him repulsive. In the words of Brian Griffin: how can you not like me?
The lack of response to Skordas's points is easily explained. He expected Null to give up when he filed the suit (unaware or ignoring that, while Null operates in morally gray territory, legally he's on solid ground). Imagine, if you will, a child demanding a cookie. It'll go something like this:
Kid: "I want a cookie!"
Parent: "No."
Kid: "BUT I WANT A COOKIE!"
See the parallel with Russ? His only legal argument to the Farms chronicling his misadventures is "I want the thread taken down!" All evidence he presents is in support of that goal; he couldn't give a shit about people we supposedly drove to suicide, but if it'll help him bring the thread down, he'll exhume their rotting carcasses and parade them before a judge if that's what it takes.

Yes. Those "smoking gun" screenshots could be ANYTHING. And if Skordas was bored enough, he might research and trace the IP addresses (cough cough)
