okay I got g cups, for bewbs, and turthfully I have a fun little hysterectomy coming up, and I have sat on and thought about getting a buttlift to redistribute some of my weight to my butt because having pcos causes me to retain more weight in my gut vs, my hips and thighs and butt, well this thought has be nudging me too, maybe I should reduce my breast size as well because to be honest, having big tits, and sometimes if your unlucky even bigger tits, comes part and parcel of having pcos.
I have g cups, their not outrageous like what most plastic surgery entuistists go for for, their 100 percent natural and cause me back pain and required me for some time to order special sized bras. I can't buy a bra off the rack I have to order it, and it if I am not properly supported I can literally get bad back pain. plus it makes dating exceptionally hard because I can't tell if a guy likes me for me, or for my boobs.
now if I wanted I could've been an ewhore, make money off fetish porn, and be rich as well as big tittied. but truthfully this isn't really a great career choice, and I hate really being seen as a sex object. I don't even date that much, outside of the occasional druken one night stand of fwb because I just tried dating before but most of the time I felt like literally it was just all about the boobs, and the fact is I do attract with g cups at lot of mommy milker fethishists. atleast with casual stufff I know its about the sex and not a bait and switch sort of deal. but eventually and lets not face it I'm not getting younger, I want to meet some one settle down adopt kids and a house and a dog as well as cats, but I fell like right now with my current size in bras I'd either have to accept that part is going to be real hard because I'll be wading through alot of garbage candidates, because my boob size is that rare, and people who tend to fetishize big boobs to to that extent are just looking for fun. plus I kind of want to be able to by my undies in store and not have to order for a perfect fit.

Just because your titts are massive doesn't mean your posts need to be.

whythefuckthisshitistoolong

still, try the truckload of options to "reduce" your tiddies size before considering lopping them off, it's a longer route but it might pay off in the end since bosoms can change sizes. there's even the mommy phase you are thinking of having which will increase the tiddy size by 10^12x9 too, the risk of tiddy surgery is loss of sensitivity and if you have a active sex life with a DECENT person you can probs know how much tit fondling plays a huge, delicious part on the warm ups.

it's a tad similar to dick reduction size, the loss of sensation is the biggest danger with permanent side effects.

Late but I blame it on Null making le epic coalition with the TERFs. I don't care if they hate trannies, I don't want KF to become a radical feminist knitting board.
Habe you ever heard the story of the quaint fishing village?

Basically once word gets out there this new hotspot it gets over ran and ruined by tourists.

Kiwifarms is one the few places which support free speech left.
What do you think going to happen?

OP's probably fat.
OP is definitely fat. I'm reminded of the adage "Being fat and bragging about having big tits is like being unemployed and bragging about having Monday off". Talking about "redistributing weight" and having PCOS just confirms it, because only fat chicks have extra weight that they think needs to be "redistributed" and PCOS is generally a consequence of obesity anyways.

I know I'm late on this since this question has already been answered but fuck it. I consider any discussion about Big Tits very serious business.

OK so I had to look up wtf "PCOS" even was, and for anyone that doesn't know either, here's the definition...
Polycystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS, is a hormonal condition that women can get during their childbearing years. It can affect your ability to have a child (your doctor will call it your fertility). It can also:

  • Stop your periods or make them hard to predict
  • Cause acne and unwanted body and facial hair
  • Raise your risk of other health problems, including diabetes and high blood pressure
  • You can get treatments for the symptoms. And you could be able to get pregnant, although you may need to take medicines to improve your fertility.

Some women with PCOS have cysts on their ovaries. That’s why it’s called “polycystic.” But the name is misleading because many women with PCOS don’t have cysts.

Hormones and PCOS
When you have PCOS, your reproductive hormones are out of balance. This can lead to problems with your ovaries, such as not having your period on time or not getting it.

Your body makes hormones to make different things happen. Some affect your menstrual cycle and are tied to your ability to have a baby. The hormones that play a role in PCOS include:

  • Androgens. They’re often called male hormones, but women have them, too. Women with PCOS tend to have higher levels.
  • Insulin. This hormone manages your blood sugar. If you have PCOS, your body might not react to insulin the way it should.
  • Progesterone. With PCOS, your body may not have enough of this hormone. You might miss your periods for a long time or have trouble predicting when they’ll come.
Symptoms of PCOS
The most common PCOS symptoms are missed, irregular, infrequent, or prolonged periods. Excess androgens can cause hair loss, hair in places you don’t want it (like on your face), and acne. Other symptoms include:

  • Darkened skin or excess skin (skin tags) on the neck or in the armpits
  • Mood changes
  • Pelvic pain
  • Weight gain
  • Causes of PCOS
  • Doctors don’t know all of the reasons why some women get PCOS.

You might be more likely to have PCOS if your sister or mother also has it. It could also be related to problems that make your body produce too much insulin, which can affect your ovaries and their ability to ovulate (or release eggs).

PCOS Diagnosis
No single test can diagnose PCOS. Your doctor will start by asking about your symptoms and medical history and by doing a physical exam, and possibly a pelvic exam.

They might give you blood tests to measure your hormone levels, blood sugar, and cholesterol. An ultrasound can check your ovaries for cysts, look for tumors, and measure the lining of your uterus.

PCOS Treatment
Treatment will depend on your symptoms, your age, and whether you want to become pregnant. If you’re overweight, losing a little -- even 5% to 10% of your weight -- can make you feel better. It also might help the way your medications work and improve your fertility.

Your doctor may tell you to take the diabetes drug metformin (Glucophage) to lower insulin resistance, regulate ovulation, and help with weight loss.

If you aren’t planning to get pregnant, your doctor might prescribe hormonal birth control, like the skin patch or the pill. These medications can help lower your risk of endometrial cancer, get your periods on track, clear up acne, and lessen extra body hair. If you do want to get pregnant, fertility medications can help your ovaries release eggs.

Ask your doctor about medications to treat body hair and acne.

So I'm assuming the PCOS has made you a bit chunky, if not overweight. I don't really understand the buttlift thing you want to do. Considering you said the weight is more on your gut, I can only assume either A. Your ass is sagging (which I've never heard of) or B. You have a "Hank Hill" ass.

Regarding PCOS and your tits, only thing a Google search spat out was something called "Hypoplastic Tubular Breasts",
tuberous-breasts.jpg
So has your PCOS affected your tits in this capacity? It's kind of hard to believe someone with a G-Cup having literal tubes for tits, they are either flat sags, or voluptuously rounded.

This isn't a "Big Tits" issue, but more of a "Self Conscious/Self Esteem" issue. Real Talk: Men are visual, they like nice looking things and big tits are one of those nice things. However, most men are also looking for something genuine when it comes to relationships and big tits are just the cherry on top of the sundae that is the woman they are seeing. Just be yourself, and look for the signs and signals. Dating is never an easy thing, you're ALWAYS going to sift through coal to find that one diamond in the rough. that's just how it is.

On a personal level, I am completely against women that want to butcher their bodies, especially their breasts, unless there was a severe health risk involved. A woman's body is one of the most beautiful things ever, and it's a shame when it get's destroyed either by surgical shit or being overweight.

1. I dont like how my butt looks, and I figured I'd take the chonk in stomach and put in my ass.
2. my tits arent saggy or tubes, they just started growing from bs since 9 to gs at 18, its not really uncommon for puberty to start early with hormonal issues, and my family genetics have always made it so either a woman gets dds or gs, I just got the shit end of the stick and end up with gs.
3. I don't want to feel like a prize looking thanksgiving turkey, and the one night stands atleast I know up front because theres no bullshitting pretenses to cop a feel.
4. the rack is wracking my back I have to wear a pound of underwear to help my body support the weight of these boobs.

Actually I burn on average at 1600 to 2000 calories a day at work through heavy lifting, I am not sure if you know this but lol moving heavy things does burn alot of calories.

That’s a lot of surgery. Having watched a family member on life support, I’m a big fan of not taking risks with what is essentially a healthy body.
I’d at least try working with a good personal trainer to see if you can alleviate discomfort/better balance your body by building back and core muscles, which will do way more for your self esteem than a chest full of scars anyway.
