Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

Maybe I am being misled due to all the shock news articles, but does anyone know why all the adverse reactions seem to be so much worse in Women than Men? Some Men seem to have had their immune system overreact and fuck them up, and a few have died; But Women seem to be getting everything from blood clots to blood blisters and reproductive issues.
we bear children. Fuck up our wombs, then that's a massive issue certain types want dealt with. Doesn't matter if men lose the ability to create sperm, if there's nowhere to put it, that solves the problem. If men stopped making sperm, then there's still a sizeable chunk in reserve in IVF facilities and sperm banks.

There is no thought left in their heads but orthodoxy. They accept THE SCIENCE as gospel, unwaveringly and uncritically, dismissing any doubt as heresy, and they believe that they are the smart and critically thinking ones. They are TRUSTING THE SCIENCE after all, and SCIENCE is where critical thinking is done, so by TRUSTING THE SCIENCE they must be critically thinking as well.
Aren't you in Germany? Formulate a thesis on why THE SCIENCE is wrong and nail it to the door of a university/public health department. Nail 95 theses for that matter.

Thank god the retard president and his puppetmasters in the US can't do shit thanks to the Constitution. That's right, Joe, I got my hair cut (THE HORRORS) the other day and neither me nor the person cutting my hair wore a mask, and there's nothing you can do about it mwahahahahahaha! Because in this county, nobody gives a shit about the Chinese virus!
India is not going to fare well.
India has a fuckton of people who take HCQ because malaria is endemic there. It's like Africa where even DA EXPERTS can't figure out why people aren't dying like their models said.

The one strike against India is their filthy cities which have high rates of obesity (because Indians love to eat those curries and biryanis and naan/whatever bread loaded with cream when they aren't going for a "Western" diet, and you better believe every Muslim/non-Hindu in India loves them a good steak). These cities are also loaded with air pollution and many urban Indians smoke. Obesity rates in the Third World are correlated to easy calories and culture. Like how everyone in Iran loves their fatty kebabs and pilaf (it's what Indian biryani is based on, it's very tasty BTW) and Mexicans love tacos with extra cheese and so both groups end up fat despite their nation being poor. Rural Indians and poorer Indians are okay though.

We will never know if China or India had more deaths. China probably did though since they have a fatter and older population than India with insane tobacco use ("smoking prevents COVID-19" is transparently obvious as Big Tobacco fucking around with science so their biggest market in China didn't get fucked up by a respiratory disease), but China does do lockdowns right in that they weld people in their houses and go for the most accurate testing i.e. government mandated anal rape.

My entire family other than me got the vaccine I’m just worried that something will happen to them despite all my disagreements with them I still love them
You might be entitled to a large inheritance if they end up dying from cancer because of the vaccine. #silverlining

Your body might have been exposed to a weak strain of chicken pox that it was able to fight off early. There have been cases where some get the varicella vaccine only to get shingles later on down the line (as the vaccine only offers a 95% protection from severe strains).
I'm old enough that there wasn't a chickenpox vaccine when I was a kid
at one point I was chatting with a doc I sporadically work with and he mentioned how it's very likely I did get chickenpox at some point in my youth and it just didn't go nuts so I didn't notice at the time

That isn't hard, varicella vaccine came out in the late 90s. It's also common that if a kid gets infected by a weak strain of chickenpox they can actually get it again (one of my neighbors daughter technically had chickenpox on 4 separate occasions but the first 3 were weak strains).
I thought the vaccine companies had immunity from lawsuits
Depends on the vaccine. The HPV vaccine has had lawsuits and has had to pay out. It's part of the reason Pfizer, Moderna, and others tried to get the government to waive accountability. I also wonder if it is proven to be harmful that the companies can be sued at a later date.

No 4th of July for you!

I wonder if we'll see commercials like the mesothelioma and non-Hodgkins lymphoma ones in the future for these vaccines.

Youtuber Markiplier went to Canada, got quarantined. Madness ensued.
He announced the trip about a week ago and knew he was going to be quarantined and therefore bored. I just hope he doesn't break his foot again while trying to keep himself entertained.

Not going to lie, I was thinking the exact same thing. I find it sus that medicines that went through much more rigorous trials that the covid jab have the backing of the FDA can theoretically be sued but covid jabs are all under emergency use and don't bare any responsibility from possible side effects.

God that's shitty luck on their part, with the chickenpox.
I mean that when they die you'd get their shit, since you'll be the only surviving member of your family.

Well, it depends on if there's any assets to pass on once the estate is settled, but also, with life insurance, if insurance companies will pay out if someone dies as a result of taking an experimental medical intervention. In the UK, a large private healthcare insurance provider, BUPA, is refusing to pay for treatment for their customers who are made ill by the vaccine. Obviously, this could well be different in the USA where the healthcare system is totally different and insurance is the norm.

I got chickenpox back in '93 when I was 5. I don't remember feeling all that sick, just a bit itchy with a bunch of red dots on my stomach. Then again, I was never one to complain about being sick. Is Chickenpox really bad?

Whew, some actors managed to find some spine and made a website and some funny video about sarcastically thanking our government and media for a year of pointless terror propaganda, along with some spicy satirical hashtags about "close everything forever" and such.
Best line: "It's ok if you despair. But don't doubt." It makes more sense in German, where "despair" is "verzweifeln", and "doubt" is "zweifeln".
I mean, it's a whole lot of nothing in the end, but it's weird how the hashtags are actually trending and are not yet brigaded by KPop. Some Branch Covidians seem to use the hashtag unironically, but all in all it's surprising how it's going.
/edit: The Branch Covidians seem to be fuming. They can't fathom that somewhat well known people would go against the grain even this little bit. And as little as it is, it's elating.

/edit2: Ah, now the Top posts are mainly against them. The Twitter High Command has taken care of the dissident elements.
