R/men writing women would sometimes post passages clearly written from the POV of misogynistic characters and think it’s the author’s actual beliefs. People getting their panties twisted over novels they never read.
I don't disagree with any of the criticisms people here make about r/menwritingwomen, it is absolutely full of wokies and have-to-be-literal-autists that only understand a vague formula of badly written women, like they have an alien understanding of the concepts of narrative and fictional characters and are eager to post whatever they think fits their autistic formula for sexism so they can get internet points asap. But I think the sub idea makes sense and they do actually post awkward, funny bad writing pretty regularly - which makes it so funny on how wokie and autist they are because that stuff could word for word be taken off troons. "Shielding bigots" or managing their own communities in accordance to AHS rules already? If the mods of the subreddits are deleting comments and banning users already, the only users they're protecting are the ones following the rules. But that's not enough for AHS.
They actually banned pinging because some other power janny named u/gallowboob cried about being "harassed".
